I have no problem with this branch.my main problem is Wells Fargo which doesn’t care about their customers. I had a Chase cashiers check deposited in my account and they put almost 2 weeks hold on it without any reason. When I called the customer service several times and spent about 2 hours, finally they said there is a return check on the account of check maker’s which is Chase bank, and all this reasons are insane. How it is possible there was a returned item on a Chase bank’s cashier’s check??? I hate Wells Fargo and they gets worst and worst during last couple years.

The branch manager over this branch is a very stern uptight guy. He thinks everything is fraud even if it’s from Wells Fargo. He refused to give me cash for a cashiers check I got made at Wells Fargo. I went to a different branch and they cashed my Well Fargo check with my questions asked. The check was legit nothing was fraud about anything! It’s the discrimination that I don’t like. I understand security on the banks end but to just flat out deny cashing my check for no apparent reason is crazy

As I go through and read all the bad comments, I believe they are not accurate. I have been to this bank and everyone in there is so nice and friendly. Robert and Alexis have done and have been nothing but be helpful to my aunt and I. The manager Nellie goes out of her way to help us whenever we have something difficult. The tellers always talk to my aunt and and me when we go in there. The customer service goes above and beyond. Thank you Wells Fargo for all your help.

This branch is cool!! The banker and tellers there alway help me and make me laugh all the time !! The manager there the lady I think her name is Nelly is always in the lobby greeting me when I come in!!

The people who work in this bank are rubbish. I opened my account, wells fargo. and every time I come to cash the check for work, they say I have to do it exactly, knowing that my account is in money, and especially one named Robert, this manager does not understand anything

Terrible customer service. My father passed away and trying to settle his accounts with a court ordered small estate affidavit took almost a year. Their "life events" department was rude towards me. When I told them I plan to sell his house, the response was "what makes you think you can just sell his house?" This comment was upsetting. I will NEVER bank at wells fargo. They have terrible leadership. The branch employees do the best they can regardless

This is the worst wells fargo bank bank ive ever experienced. They only had one teller working through out the the whole bank. While one lady just looks at me and walks in the back. So I just walked out.

This is a scary location. Behind their trash dumpster has been a door for more than a week and alot of trash and food bags with cups that indicates that people are sitting there. They have been made aware of this problem. I will no longer go to that branch.

"Papa Mike Fort Worth's Concierge" wants to give a big "KUDOS" to Wells Fargo my bank located on 8600 N Beach St, Fort Worth, TX for coming out of the "Woke-ness" and into the "Light Of COVID Truth" allowing my great Bank Tellers and Managers to show their Smiling Faces" !!! What a GREAT crew !!! It was a GREAT Birthday Present!!!

I give 1 star because I have to in order to write my review, but trust me they don't even deserve 1 I had fraud done on my wellsfargo credit card for three transactions at the same ATM machine on three different days back to back that amounted to $1800. And yes it's partly my fault because I use to not check my account daily I would just use it and then pay my bill but one day I was verifing a purchase when I noticed a huge interest charge amount for cash advancements.The rep on the phone from corporate told me that they were done on a wellsfargo ATM machine in downtown ft.worth of which I've never been to and she even gave me street address and location, I've never been to that part of town. I've only taken a cash advancement once from the local branch inside lobby where you have to sign, I never have used outside ATM'S with this particular card. I always keep cash on hand to avoid using ATM machines. I asked if they could investigate further because as we all know all ATM machines have a camera. I git no response. soooo I said ALL this to say... I REALLY believe that it's an inside job from some of their employees because it was a wellsfargo ATM machine. So yeah we'll be leaving wellsfargo asap.
