There is only one person running the bank this is ridiculous and he is doing the drive thru as well like who is in charge of this bank close it down if you want to be cheap and not get any employees

So first time depositing a check and asked the teller what all I needed to do she stated to just sign my first and last name and everything would be fine…I did that and the check was bounced and now they’re saying I have to negotiate with them to get my money back when it was the tellers mess up. TRAIN THEM BETTER AND PAY MORE ATTENTION THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED I will never come back to this bank.

No longer give money orders in the drive through. & there isn’t enough black men & women that work for this company or any of the branches in Fort Worth Texas. Customer Service isn’t good either.

Don’t come here unless you like being ignored yet when other customers come in, the bankers speak to them. The teller was nice.

Wrote my landscaper a check for yard work that had been done. I bank with Wells Fargo. My landscaper had to come back twice because they would not let him cash the check, because he didn’t have a Wells Fargo account. The two forms of ID he had wouldn’t work either. Why have checks if you can’t use them to pay for things?

Just went to the drive thru for a deposit. Three cars for the drive thru service and people in the building lobby waiting to be helped. Only one teller. Fallon was amazing at taken care of all of the customers in a timely manner, smile never faltering and professional throughout. If that does not call for a raise, promotion or expressed gratitude from her leadership, then she needs to go somewhere else.5 stars for Fallon4 stars for the branch in general for allowing that situation

The staff at this location on Harris Parkway has been absolutely and totally kind, courteous and helpful. I arrived at my appointment and was immediately greeted upon entering the building. I was there to resolve one deposit issue and was guided through an entire plethora of tasks I needed to do, which were actually done for me. Crystal and Fallon went over and above what I expected,, making transitions stress free and easy.As a homebound Senior, my technical skills are limited. Crystal and Fallon offered suggestions to simplify the process of using online banking.I am sincerely grateful for the assistance and care they offered. I left feeling unburdened and happy. Never had any issues here. Everyone has always been super pleasant and helpful. It's the only Wells Fargo in the area that I will go to and I don't think it's fair that their reviews are so low because of two unhappy people.
