Be wary of getting a CD at Wells Fargo-apparently letting it automatically renew gives you half interest-will never again get a CD at this bank-in fact Wells Fargo does not pay good interest on savings either-getting ALOT better interest at EECU

Extremely rude attitude, we are normal family going in doing some normal banking and they called us scam not only did not want to help us with some normal banking.They also giving you a hard time especially to not English speakers
The manager and the banker team up to give you a hard time they’re higher their volume and point at you. I just need some normal banking done. Will try to explain to them nicely and they roll their eyes and yell at us. We feel extremely threatened.
very racist. We never had problems with this bank. Very disappointing !

I just need to share the miserable experience I just had at this branch. The employee and his manager were rude and asked for things to open an account that we've never been asked for before by any other bank. We were told that a virtual office is not acceptable to open an account despite it being a legitimate address registered with the IRS. Don't waste your time with these buffoons.

Had to cal the store five times to get the phone picked up and was instantly hung up on when they finally did. For a job that's so easy the employees sure are lazy.

Horrible customer service. We tried to notarize a document and the cashier refused to help. Another gentleman was even able to help but she kept saying no. They are never willing to help. This cashier is so unprepared to deal with the public.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I showed up well before they closed and the teller refused to get a banker to help me out with a wire transfer because it was “too close” to closing time. Even though I had already been waiting in line behind other customers.

The lady fama at the front desk is wonderful and I feel so bad that the management at this bank thinks it's okay to staff her all by herself at 12 pm during lunch rush with a giant line of people to help. With two lazy managers just sitting in the back. The drive thru lady was so sweet and helped when she wasn't swamped but yeah such a bad bad look. And this is the first time I'm walking into a Wells Fargo as a first time customer.... we have got to take better care of our employees. Fama deserves a raise and so does the lady working the drive thru

I opened an account online and am going to close it as soon as the card arrives in the mail. I tried to set up billpay and there were so many issues. It autopopulated my middle initial into the last name field. I had to keep deleting it. Also, the zip code field only allowed 5 characters. Some require the 4 digit extensions, which have been in existence for years now. So, silly me, called technical support to ask about that. The guy, that I could barely understand, and he couldn't understand me, no matter how slowly I spoke, said "that's how it works". I asked why it would put my middle initial into the last name field, and he said "it is named". Seriously. I asked him to repeat himself a few times and that was the answer. He didn't understand a word I said. he said his name was L. Or maybe his masculine sounding voice was saying his name is Elle. who knows. I banked with them briefly in 1999 it showed. Now I remember why I left. When I googled banks near me.. it showed WF at the bottom of the list on customer service. voila.
