This place is a joke..I went there today to open an account..I was told that there wasn't an agent there to help me open one and was told to try to open one online..I did, only to find out the website was having issues..I left in disgust and went to the Bank of America and opened 1 online and was able to make a deposit..Thanks Bank of America This branch was dirty and the couches were stained..Yuck

The ATMs here are always out of service 24/7 and there’s no atms inside the building. If they don’t have the money to fix the ATMs, just fire the staff inside the building and use that money. Everyone will be happier with that solution. You’re welcome for the free financial advice.

I like coming to this location close to work even with short staff their always nice and helpful. This last time I was there when I walked in the branch there was a big line but the manager Julianna I think that’s what she said her name was. She was working the line letting us know about the short staff and offering mobile app there was another banker also helping. She helped me with a mobile deposit. I was so impressed I have to give them all 5. They saved me time.

I went to the ATM and he stole my cash, I went to the bank and they said I had to call a #. I'm going to talk to Telemundo so they can investigate it. It's a theft.

Everyone is very attentive and provides excellent service. Their manager Juliana and their bankers serve me with a smile and this last time I went they helped me with a problem with my account. Thank you because at my age you believe we need more help and at this bank they give it to you with a smile. Thank you!

Had a10 am appointment got here 15 mins early. Came in sat down to wait. There are 2 bankers present both busy with clients. Juliana walks out to assist an coworker, never acknowledged me. At 10:03 Mrs Juliana's client left. She sat in her chair, facing me, head down still I'm invisible. Once her coworker, don't know her name cuz I left , was finishing up with her clients she goes to her ( about 6 feet in front of me)" have you gotten that client? Ok I'll get her" as she walks over to me and tell me I would have to wait for her coworker unless I wanted her to help me.... Well let's just say I'm waiting on the coworker. Yep you know what now I'm closing the account I'm good.

Went to Wells Fargo today to research a check to the it’s in Feb of 2021, the girl assisting me was very reluctant to help me, want me to do it myself so after she scolded ne got not doing as she wished she finally found the check in the month I thought I had paid it, one comment from her was I’ll run your statements then you can look for it,then I asked her for a copy of the negotiated check she said it was nit coming up but I could do it when I got home. Second problem was a lady was waiting as I was for help but her camera was not working on her phone so they skipped over her because they had to accept appointments first, I told them her camera wasn’t working they ( two of them chided in together) she could call but I told them there was not a number on the notice, very bad customer service, I was very disappointed in Wells Fargo today

I was there with my husband getting a issue resolved with a business account and Branch Manager Juliana is very unprofessional and rude to her staff and customers do not come here unless you want a headache. She speaks to you like your dumb while at the same time using incorrect grammar and broken English while she speaks to you. Avoid if you can.
