No drive thrus open today due to no staff. Had to take my elder mother inside to deposit a check from another institution. They would deposit it but would not give her cash back due to her drivers license being expired. It has her pic on it and she cannot get an appt to renew until January. They'll TAKE your money but won't give you any!! Also, the teller would not look us in the eye. Another employee was dressed very unprofessionally. Not impressed with this institution. No stars preferred

I went into this location with a check issued by Wells Fargo. They refused to cash the check because I don't have an account with Wells Fargo and because they said my ID was invalid, which it was not.I explained how I was I was out of gas and really needed the check cashed. They still refused to cash their own check.Whatever happened to compassion.

I was written a check from a business for $500. I stopped in this Wells Fargo branch to cash it. Wells Fargo had to call Wells Fargo for approval, and they were on hold for 30 minutes. After finally getting approval, Wells Fargo was going to charge me $7.50 for cashing a check from Wells Fargo. This is why I left Wells Fargo over 20 years ago. If you are currently a customer, I strongly suggest you review your fees because you are probably getting hosed.

Worst customer service and the staff does not like to work especially the manager of the branch. No knowledge of banking or wells fargo policies and very discriminating. I was a wells fargo customer but I closed my account there based on the worst customer service provided by this branch leadership. I hope that wells fargo can find leadership that are not discriminating and has better knowledge of banking and their policies and procedures before giving someone a leadership position.

We went in to open my daughter's first checking/, savings account. Cristina was amazing! She fixed a few problems and showed my daughter how to use a check registry and the WF app. She was polite and fun to be with. Great experience, thank you!

This branch has gone to pot!!! Uneducated bankers and never answer the phone or return calls. I have used WF for years and I have had enough. Taking my business elsewhere.

Wait time is EXTREMELY too long. I understand certain measures have to be taken due to COVID but to wait in line for 30 minutes to simply cash a check is ridiculous!!!

The atm machine took my money and they refused to help me at the bank
