Kyle was phenomenal!! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, reliable, and very kind. He explained every aspect/step along the way clearly and concisely. He deserves a raise hahaha! Go Kyle!!!

Worst service ever the lady acted like we don't belong there and was trying in every possible way to not help and call the bank instead they hire such clown ppl. I feel sad the good employees who have to deal with all this.

I made an appointment online at 4 pm and when I got there, the banker looked sort of hesitant to assist me after looking at his watch. And then he be like oh yea just come have seat. Then I told him I wanted to close my account and open a new one, he then said We can close it for you but we can’t open a new one today because It’s kind late now. I was feeling right in the beginning by seeing this man’s gesture. I’m like its okay you don’t have to close it down and then come back to open another one on a different day. They are just lazy and should not do appointments anymore

The worst customer service ever…the employees does everything they can to make you waste the most time and to complicate everything and literally they do everything not to help you especially the bankers

Went in to replace my lost debit card and the man who helped me told me what I came in for was easily done in the app, like I was wasting his time even asking/being there. When I told him I’d rather do it in person he asked for my Id, I provided it. Then he asked for another form of Id, like a debit card, I told him that’s why I was there, to get another one. As someone who works in customer service, the last thing you want to do is tell them “oh you can do it on the app” instead of actually helping.

Terrible banking service at all of their operations. Why does it take days of calling and bringing in documents to open an account in 2022? A waste of time working with this business.

Terrible ineffective bankers at this poorly staffed branch. It shouldn’t take half a day to staying in the branch for a banker make a call to verify documents.
