Rebecca was my sales person. She nipped me into a car warranty. Crystal violated Federal Privacy law by discussing my contract with someone other than myself, and with the money I put into the car IT WAS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Listen to the other reviews, they pretend to be nice, until they don’t have to deal with you anymore.

I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. My boyfriend bought a car back in March and ever since he had been having issues from the car lot itself to their bank. They told him he was approved just for them to take the car back within the first two weeks. He got it back. Then they told him he can make monthly payments which was a lie so now he is in a position where the bank is saying he is late but the car lot themselves don't communicate to the bank about anything. The car is getting repossessed. They only care about the money when you first walk in after that it's all downhill from there. They don't answer the phone when you call them or anything. I would recommend at all.

Stop giving your salesman five star reviews just because they ask you to at the end of the sale. Wait until you’ve dealt with them after you’ve purchased. If you get matched with finance company cal-tenn don’t take it. They will put you $20,000 in debt over $550. The salesmen lie. Kirk Watson will be so understanding in the beginning then treat you like garbage when you have a hard time. Get a cash car and skip the hassle and possible bankruptcy you’ll experience with WATSON AUTOGROUP and the finance companies they use.

I never stayed long enough to really give a review, but I was at the wrong lot, they have several lots so I didn't find the car I saw online, so I didn't stay long.

willie brown literally got me a car on the first try after many failed attempts on my end for over two years. i’ll be forever grateful!!!
edit: i was actually sold a DEATH TRAP. i was approved for what’s called a “chase car” because of the inhouse financing program. the vehicle seemed okay, albeit the FLAT TIRE (which i was instructed to go straight to QT nearby to air it up since the service guy was gone for the day) and the alignment that the car desperately needed and STILL NEEDS, which willie also told me to contact another number to get the alignment scheduled, but they never returned my calls (i am sitting at the location with the service center right now). Later in the day after driving home with my “chase car”, my best friend sits in the passenger seat to find that the seatbelt has no strap over the lap. a couple day later, my boyfriend sits in the passenger seat and tells me the cars shocks are nonexistent, and then when the car started overheating a day later, my boyfriend checked under the hood to find that the coolant reservoir is NOT CONNECTED TO THE ENGINE AT ALL. i’ll be updating this soon with the results of this unannounced visit.

Willie Brown pretends to be nice until he gets your money. He tried to force you to get cars you don’t want and that he most definitely wouldn’t sell to his family. After having questions about the price change on my car he was rude and said to me it doesn’t matter you already signed the paperwork. Had I not been desperate to get a vehicle that day I would’ve been able to do something different. I changed my rating to a one star because of him. Bad thing is he is the first person you encounter walking through the door. This is my first and last time. I recommend talking to Kirk he is way more professional although I still don’t understand why over 5k was added to my car purchase.

My daughter came in to get a car Crystal sold her a car we put 500 down and then we did deffer payments for the insurance we were told make the 1st on in person my daughter did that and the other would come off my debit card she is a liar my daughter went to make her 1st payment today and they took my daughter's car left my daughter out on the street Crystal is a disgrace of a woman a bad car seller Watson auto group is a bad dealer ship I would never recommend no one there. You took a car not because of the payment was due u say it was insurance so I am taking them to court I need my 500 dollars back
