I just moved in on 10/3, Olivia has been an angel with helping me figure everything out! Upon move in they were having a little trouble with the ac but got it figured out in a few days and in the meantime they installed a window ac to keep the place cool! The countertops were also stained but they got that fixed asap and now they look brand new and beautiful. I moved in earlier than the original lease date (which they were able to change the lease date and accommodate for!) so I really didn’t mind these little issues getting worked out for the first few days. Olivia was very communicative while maintenance was working to fix those issues. The office is friendly and attentive as well as maintenance, which makes me extremely excited and hopeful for my future with axis!

This place has been nothing but a nightmare . Moved in on 5-10
The apartment was switched on us upon move in without warning! ...it was not even made ready.! Broken dryer, broken front stove burner and 3 broken drawers in the kitchen. Paint spots every where on the flooring.
1 St day of moving in master bathroom floods. Second night the car was towed. ( I signed up for re-served parking on initial sign up .... when they moved me last minute.

This is a update.
Since I originally posted I have to say the office has been more than helpful.
There are still things that have not been fixed. ...like the drawers in the kitchen! .... And the roach problem here is ridiculous! Along with water pressure from the bathroom to the kitchen!!!!! - but I do see the office team trying to figure out how to fix things and trying.... To me that counts in today's time and all; !!! So here you have a team trying to care ..not making you just a number ✌️

First off I haven’t seen really nice apartments in a longtime. I would always drive by these apartments and would always wonder what they looked like I come in yesterday day and talk to Olivia who was amazing and sweet. I can’t wait till my lease is up cuz I’m definitely gonna be moving into these apartments thank Olivia for the great experience and great customer service

I've seen some bad reviews from the past, but it seems like the new management is trying to turn things around. I was helped by Henry and Nana, and they both went above and beyond to make sure my move in was successful.

These apartments are nasty they have roaches like a lot of roaches in the maintenance is lazy they don’t come in fix nothing unless you press the issue my air been out for two weeks so im decided to move in break my lease in if you think im lying just get a unit here in you’ll see this is one of the worst experiences I done had in I done had many apartments but this is out of control in they’ll lie in add more charges to your rent payment in give you a excuse in lie why it say some different don’t believe me get a unit here

I’ve been living here since 2022 and the new company that came in is not good. I have had problems with roaches for almost a year and I’ve done everything in my power to clean and get pest control out here and nothing works. I get all kinds of miscellaneous fees and each month my rent get more and more expensive. They don’t ever add all the expenses in at once, you’ll have rent due in the 1st and then they wait a couple of days to add other charges you can’t even see until it completely surprised you when they email you saying “you owe this in your rent”. They weren’t willing to negotiate anything with me especially since they still haven’t properly taken care of the pests i have. And the miscellaneous charges are getting more and more suspicious. I can’t wait to move!!
Edit: It seems like all the extra rent they’re up charging is going to painting the fence! just great!!!

When first moving in I got in touch with Leslie made the process and application so easy to get through, she’s helped so much with any questions and concerns I’ve had. And was willing to stay late just for me to get my keys. The service is a 10/10 as is.The apartments aren’t too bad, I’ve haven’t had many issues, and when I have they’ve been resolved pretty quick.

Living in apartments can definitely be a challenge. However when I called Latisha today she was on it, my garbage disposal stopped working. I stopped by the office on the way in and she was pleasant and so was Henry. He doubled checked my work order and they both ensured I would receive assistance in a timely manner. Jose is the best he was already in route. The water sprayed him good when he was fixing the blockage, him all wet, but he was not bothered at all. Thanks Jose again. I'm so sorry you got wet with red beans rice & cornbread water. You all are the best!!!

Horrible place to live, pipes are always broken, gates too, it doesn't feel safe and the staff doesn't try to assist you very well when it comes to questions. Please move somewhere worth your money.

I moved into these Apartments last June of 2023. And I only moved in because they had a deal going on where they take 800 off your first month's rent. And they waive the application fee& all the fees to get started in order to be able to apply for the Apartment. Which was pretty great for me. This is my first Apartment ever on my own. I can say I have some really great neighbors. Superkind, and very easy to talk to. The Apartment itself needs a little work. Not long after me moving in ,my Apartment got flooded by the rain, it flooded my whole studio. My couch got soaked. My bed got soaked ended up growing mold under my bed which was not fun. I told the Apartment complex what happened. They told me there's nothing they could do about it. I had to throw my whole living room rug away and it was the size of the whole living room! So now, every time it rains really hard. I have to make sure and put towels. Many towels at my back door so my Apartment doesn't flood again which is extremely annoying. My Apartment has been infested with roaches. I told the Apartment complex. They told me they would have to bomb my whole Apartment and I would have to be gone for a day. I don't have time for that. So there's nothing that they can do about that again. So I've been having to take care of it myself. The water at these Apartment complex seemed to get turned off almost every month due to there constantly being leaks in the pipes& broken pipes. The people that work on the water pipes when they get busted. Said that this Apartment complex needs a whole new plumbing & piping. Just recently we went a whole week without hot water. Because the city would not turn our hot water on due to a leak in our Apartment complex. Now our water is currently turned off Probably for the rest of the day because of another leak! The outside area of the Apartment complex is filled with Poop. People do not know how to pick up their poop around here. Apartments sometimes provide bags But when they get empty, they don't refill them right away...as they should and poop tends to pile up right by my door right by my Apartment right by my back porch! We also have quote on quote valet trash to wear my trash sits outside of my door for days doesn't get picked up. Like what is the point of paying for valet trash? If they are not even picking my trash up. The parking here is kinda dumb. My next door neighbor has been living here for months. And they ended up towing his car even though he is a resident here. My neighbor was very upset due to the fact that the Apartment complex failed to reach out to let the community know there's a unknown car that needs to be verified. That happens alot around Here so watch out for that. My friend who came to visit me got his car towed as well. I really hope at the end of my l Lease i can find somewhere else to go I do not wish to stay in these Apartment complexes any longer. The only good thing about these Apartment complexes is the maintenance. The maintenance people are super nice and get done what they need to get done quickly and they let you know that the work order has been Completed through paper and text message. Melissa, I believe the manager here at these Apartment complexes. I really do like her. She's been very understanding and patient whenever I can't pay my rent on time.

Well I originally gave the staff a good review but now I have to retract my comment for the following reason. I moved out and left the place absolutely spotless so there's no need to hire a housekeeper. I met with Maritza today and she stated I wasn't charged any fees after moving out because the place was spotless. However, I couldn't get my $200 deposit back because I still owed them money for utility fees etc. I told her ive never been late and always paid on time. So basically, Maritza explained to me that ...for example.... when tenants pay their Jan. Rent and utilities, the utility portion paid is not you January utility portion ...but...your November utility portion because the utility bill is generated 2 months behind. So basically the tenant is paying January's rent but paying November utility bill because there behind! So now that my lease is up and I moved out in January, I still owed utilities, trash etc for December and January. So FYI tenants, your monthly utility bill is really 2 months behind so in the end, you WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!

Residing at Axis Waterfront apartments, I've encountered significant issues. For 7 days, there has no hot water, further worsening the already dismal state of this complex. Additionally, the management not only failed to address the problem but also deceives tenants by promising to resolve the water issues. I strongly advise against choosing this complex for living!

Waterfront is a dreadful place. Managers will forget about you the day after you rent this horror. Everything is broken, old, and non-functional, with dirt, cockroaches, and mold everywhere. If you need something fixed, be prepared to wait for a month before anyone even comes, let alone repairs it. There was a flood yesterday, but no one cares about it. A continuous disappointment. Be cautious!

Axis Waterfront apartments are a complete disappointment. They are infested with cockroaches, mold is everywhere, and there are daily water supply issues due to constant pipeline breakdowns. The management shows no response to complaints, leaving you neglected even in emergency situations. Be cautious before deciding to rent here.
