Dr Tran has been there for all our four legged family members. She has welcomed our new members and helped us say goodbye to our elderly. She has partnered with us to provide a long good life for all our animals.

Dr. Tran and her staff are wonderful! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and ready to help your fur babies any way that they could. I would recommend them to my family and friends

I had made the difficult decision to say good bye to my cat Boo. He was 17 years old and stopped eating. The staff was very sympathetic, allowing me time to say good bye. It is never easy to say good bye to a fur baby but it was a comfort to know I was not being rushed to leave.

The girls up front are great and very accommodating, Mindy is a wonderful tech with alot of knowledge and insight. I just got my two large dogs groomed by Madison and they were perfect. Our vet had unfortunately passed away, my groomer all of a sudden stopped grooming, and I'm really fortunate to have found Watauga Animal Hospital.

Highly recommend this clinic. They are amazing. We have a younger dog that has bad hips and knees. They take excellent care with her. We also have a 28 year old cat that is still with us thanks to their excellent care. We were lucky to find them. We came for another opinion on our dog in the beginning. We have stayed with them, for care of all our animals. Both young and old.

My pet (Hazel) is provided lovingly at this clinic. Honestly, she doesn't like going to the vet, but she really doesn't mind this group. I am very pleased with the care and attention they provide to my Hazel. They even have boarding facilities so I know if I have to leave her, they have her complete medical records if needed. This provides me with peace of mind.

I have waited over a year before writing this review. I do not recommend this business if you are putting your loved one to sleep. I brought my 19 year old cat here because of good reviews. I was traumatized for almost a year after my experience here, and I still think about it at night. First, every 5 minutes a different person was opening the door and telling me something. They also said that they couldn't get the needle in to do the initial relaxing medicine. This means that I could not spend time with my cat before the major medicine that would make him unaware of his surroundings. They popped in and told me this and asked me what I wanted to do, which I was in a devastated state of mind. I have never had to do this and was put on the spot. After reviewing this in my head over and over I see that they do not have a good system. I really wish that they would have recommended that I go home and think about how I want to proceed. Possibly offer oral meds to calm him more before proceeding, anything... I cannot express the grief that goes with putting down a 19 year old family member and hearing him screaming in the back when they stuck him with the needle. I also cannot explain how hurtful it was to hear people laughing and chattering on, just on the the other side of the door. I will never go to this place again even though I live close. I have since found a 24 hour animal hospital in Southlake and believe me when I say that it is worth the drive. This review is for my baby, Mr. Frodo.

Been taking my two girls here for years now. They do a great job! They’re able to accommodate last minute emergencies which is a huge bonus! The front desk is always sweet and so are the vets. Reasonably priced and they can usually get you in next day or close to that.

Very friendly staff. Treat you and your four legged kids like family. Very clean. The staff will go out of their way to assure a safe place for the nervous pets. Dr. Tran is the best vet I have ever had. She treats your pets as if it was her own. She will give you her professional and personal opinion as to what's best for your pets. She will even call on her personal time to check up on the family even after a loss.

Honestly they are already ridiculously overpriced for everything but they only care about your money and not your pet and that is glaringly obvious. My pet is keep comfortable end of life status per the vet. I called asking for a refill of her meds and I was told since it had been 6 months I had to bring her in. I'm 30 weeks pregnant with an SUV there is no way I can lift my 80 pound 15 year old dog into my car. It had been 6 months and 2 weeks by the way, not even over 6 months. I asked for enough to get her through the flare up so she could get into that car herself when she wasn't in pain and I was denied. I was asking for anti inflammatory and steroids not even anything narcotic. I called another vet and from her records and X-rays alone they had medicine ready for me without any issues or having to drag my old and injured pup in. To top it all off they were much cheaper with the meds. It's sad when vet clinics only care about money and not the animals they are supposed to be helping.

I highly recommend Dr. Tran and the staff at Watauga Animal Hospital. Our sweet, sweet Tinkerbell had to cross over the Rainbow Bridge after 17 long precious years. They were all so compassionate, caring and respectful during a very difficult time in our lives. Dr. Tran is absolutely hands down the best veterinarian I've ever taken any of my fur babies to and we won't be going anywhere else. She provided the greatest care, empathy and treatment prior to and all the way through Tink's passing, explaining everything in great detail. We are forever grateful and appreciate you all!

My dog hurt her leg, and could tell this was painful for her and needed to get her in to check and make sure it wasnt anything serious. After calling several vets and either not getting an answer or the next appointment was for days, I was so relieved that they were able to get me in within the hour. So relieved that I can now ease her pain and truly let her rest. This is great service and the staff that helped me was awesome. Definitely would recommend!

I'm so glad I took my dog here for a second opinion. Not only did it save me a ton of money, unnecessary treatment, and my baby is doing much better. The vet and staff truly cared and called many times to check on my dog!
