I cannot speak highly enough of Watauga Animal Hospital, particularly Dr. Tran and Mindy. Their care and compassion for animals is truly exceptional.
Dr. Tran is a brilliant and caring veterinarian who takes the time to understand each patient's unique needs. Her expertise and gentle demeanor put both pets and their owners at ease. Mindy, the vet tech, is equally wonderful. Her warm personality and helpful nature make every visit a positive experience.
From routine check-ups to emergency situations, the entire staff at Watauga Animal Hospital has always gone above and beyond to provide the best possible care for my furry family members. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate veterinary clinic.

I do not recommend this place. They charged me $130. and DID NOTHING FOR MY BABY. They are all about the money. I had ten years of documentation what my baby had been taking and they wold not give it to her. They let me walk out with her in misery. Took to another Vet , he gave me the three medications she had been on and exam . walked out under 120.00

What an amazing place to take your pets if they are sick! From the front offfice to the Vet Tech to the Veterinarian, they are all so compassionate and knowledgeable! They treat your pet as if it was theirs. I highly recommend this Veterinary clinic!

The lady at the front desk was NOT very welcoming, but I quickly overlooked this once I met Dr. Tran. She was fantastic with my dog! She was gentle, kind, and helped alleviate my dog's symptoms. I was so pleased that I even referred my grand-doggie to her. I love my grand-doggie so I wouldn't refer her to just anyone. Unfortunately however, my daughter and grand-dog didn't have the same good experience. They showed up, expecting to meet with Dr. Tran, and were "greeted" (not warmly) by another Vet (I didn't even know there was another vet at WAH). This vet totally ignored my daughter's concerns, talked down to her, and showed an absolute lack of empathy. My daughter described the experience as "awful". This is so disappointing especially since I was the one who referred them there. Dog mamas are already nervous about having to take their baby to the vet. It's a stressful experience. So the least the staff could do is demonstrate warmth and empathy.

Just want to give Dr Tran and team a Huge Shoutout. We took our cat in today knowing things were not good.
Dr Tran immediately determined the urgent issue and prepared Cocoa for surgery to alleviate his blockage
Dr Tran jumped into action quickly and basically saved our cats life.
We are so grateful to the team in getting us in so quickly. They saved the day. ???
