left my vehicle almost as dirty as it was when i arrived. basically a water rinse and i paid for the $20 wash. had to clean my windshield at a gas station right after leaving. won't be returning and told my husband to avoid this car wash as well.

I paid $17 for extra care on my tires and once we got to the end of my wash and the men were standing outside my car drying it off I noticed they didn't even touch my tires. I told him i paid for tire cleaning and he said "oh we don't do that at all". So I paid extra, when I could've just don't the $8 one, for them to NOT clean my tires. Scamming folks fr. Like what is the point of having them dry the car off? This should've been entirely self cleaning they aren't really doing anything.

Boy did they put on a show 4th of July weekend. First time ever had 2 attendants pre washing and 2 hand wiping when it was over. First time ever. Went back 2x this week, and this service was non existent. Car wash is inconsistent and leaves vehicle dirty most times. Go to a newer one in the area instead.

definitely a fckn rip off! Paid 30 dollars and came out with my wheels dirty as hell.. talked to one of the guys that works there & he had the nerve to say that he couldn't do anything about it.. asked him for my refund & he said his manager wasn't there asked him what time would he be there & he said he didn't know what time he gets there. crazy how I come to the comments and everyone is complaining..

It did not wash my car it did not wash the tires and rims vacuums did not pick up anything I went to 4 different vacuum all the same all towels were wet and dirty

This has to be the worst car wash I have ever been to Car Wash has not even been here a few years does not completely wash your car at all and they have signs up everywhere this is you cannot detail your car

I had a membership with this car wash. I have been trying to contact the manager for almost three months to cancel my membership because I'm getting a new car. I have not been able to reach anyone I have been constantly charged 24.99 each month for like three months because the owners do not answer your calls. I will never use this carwash again.

Manager named John told his employee over the phone to kick us out because we wanted a refund on the wash. The only thing the wash did was wet the car and leave streaks everywhere. Terrible carwash do not use this place.

Horrible car wash, after my was my car was dirty the equipment is broke I ask the manager john could he wash my vehicle I spent 25$ and car is still dirty then asked me to leave.

They put a scratch in the top of my car. Important note... this is a brand new car that has only ever been taken to this location for a wash. The scratches are from side to side (from their manual scrub brush motion). The first employee I talked to trying to cancel my membership called me a liar without even listening to me. The manager also called me a liar then tried to charge me for a second month because of some "cancellation policy" that no one told me about.Don't go here unless you wanna pay for your car to have scratch repair.

It's difficult to leave behind a positive review when told by the manager "if you want your car washed again you must pay for another wash.". Sounds reasonable, right? Only I was told that after they had already washed my car leaving behind missed spots all around my car.

Do not go here all they do is steal your money one of the workers told me they use cheap s*** to make money out of it Chinese dude is super road and said he didn't care if cars get scratched please don't go there I highly don't recommend it

just another mediocre car wash. be careful when you need to pause your membership, they will keep charging you.
