I’ve been on the phone calling for 45 minutes now and absolutely no one answers. I’ve tried the operator numerous of times finally gave up and started calling other departments and no answer from anyone. Very lousy customer service I hate to go in person just to ask a question I could’ve asked over the phone. No Excuse all those employees and absolutely no one can answer in any department it’s insane. Thankfully we now have HEB in the area to save the day.

Went in there for a few items. Outta stock on most things. Plenty of self check outs. What about people that don't know how to use self check outs? There was one register opened with a girl that was checking people out with 4 people in line to check out. That's ridiculous.

Walmart seemed well stocked and they had nice deals and clearance going on. Lines were short for a Tuesday evening. Nice time to go.

They are disrespectful, some brunettes who were on duty today, when I went to pay they told me that I couldn't pay because it was time to close the store; It is assumed that if a person is inside the store and closing time is approaching, then they should let those people who were inside pay and not tell them when they are going to pay, since they cannot pay; They also cannot take things out of your hands, that is a lack of respect, the client must be treated well and with kindness, and even more so if the client behaves with dignity.

Went look all over for an item, then saw a employee ask for help. She couldn't understand me. Saw a second employee & she couldn't help either. She couldn't understand me. Ugh

Most employees are helpful when you can find one. Always overcrowded, lines to long. Never enough help. Going up up up in prices and offering less and less in way of customer satisfaction

You can get almost anything needed at Walmart. The staff is getting better at being friendly and the store is normally organized and neat. I love the deli meats and cheeses, as well as office supplies. It's definitely a one-stop shop.
