I believe all customers would like to have a more faster service, nobody wants to wait in for hours and hours to check out the items, if theirs not going to be enough employees to help the customers then at least take away the registers and replace it with self check out.

lousy employees. I asked an employee a question and she pretended I didn't exist... I can't believe they allow that kind of people to work there .... the rating of this store says it all

Lead JOSH was the only thing that kept me from just walking out without buying anything. It was easier to get assistance from a ghost in a graveyard than this store. The "greeter" was just there to "watch people" & others were too busy for us. Josh helped us load the grill, get us a checker & even load the truck.

Their employees have a bad attitude towards customers, especially disabled customers. They either. Ignore us, yell at us, or are very rude to us when we go there to shop. The management their does nothing to change the attitude of their employees. That is not a store I would ever recommend to anyone. Nor will I ever return to that store. I can only hope that 1 day Walmart will find employees and managers for that store that are not biased against customers and are able to treat all people as equals.

I went to get my prescription at the time being and they made me wait another hour for it to be ready. So then I wanted to get it transferred to another pharmacy and they wouldn't pick up the phone for another hour, if you need your medications I don't recommend using this pharmacy

Walmart Super Center #3533 just gave our order to someone else at curbside. Including our card number, name, address etc..all the information you put into their on line order system. I guess they don't check ID'S just hand s*** to anyone who is there. I am so pissed. We had to cancel our card and don't have our order, which by the way was already charged to us. Sat on hold for 30 minutes only to get hung up on, apparently no manager to be found to correct this issue. Called back 4 times, no one apparently there to answer the phone either. What a crappy way to run a business. Walmart, you just lost my business. I will have to extremely desperate to ever cross your doorway again.

I was in Walmart this evening and found a 2pk of joggers for women priced at $10.52. When I get to the self check out they rang $15.50. I told the cashier and she scanned them on her device and sure enough they rang $15.50. I asked for the correction on my purchase since there was an entire display of them priced at 10.52 and the CSM said no. She didn't even look my way or offer any type of apology or even speak to me (she spoke to the cashier only). She DID say it was probably a Black Friday pricing, which made the situation even worse since Black Friday was 3 weeks ago....seriously. I did hear her call someone on the walkie to go change the sign. I didn't have time to stand my ground on this but I will be there tomorrow to make sure their mistake is honored. It's honestly the principle of the thing. Be reputable and if you put people in mgmt roles make sure they get some mgmt training. It gets tiring when you constantly have to fight for the right thing. People are tired. Just do what's right Wal-Mart.

Trying to go pick up groceries from the pick up place and there's 9k kids walking threw the parking lot and some cop Standing there trying to tell me I'm not aloud to drive to the parking space to park to get my groceries that I ordered Walmart allowing there store to become a kid pick up zone is in safe and very dangerous for the kids and the people driving threw there and needs to stop this from happening

This walmart is always out of items compared to other locations. I'm always looking for the Jumbo Size Calidad Round Tortilla Chips for parties etc... and they never have it in stock. There has been countless out of stock seasonal items, yet other locations are fully stocked during holidays. Hopefully, this location starts to do better.

This Walmart has really bad customer service. The fact that everything is locked up & no one seems to ever have the keys is ridiculous, plus no one seems to be wanting to help anyone they walk right past you ignoring your help. They need to close this Walmart down.

If this had 0 stars. I made an online picture order and it's now been almost 1 whole week, my order is somehow delayed even though tracking shows its been at the store since the 3rd, I've called the photo department I've lost count how many times, been on hold for over 5-10 minutes each call and when they do pick up, hang up. I'm done venting.

Don't usually shop at this location, but it was the cheapest ride Uber had to offer versus other destinations. As is Wal-Mart's reputation, I found everything I needed and much more. The line for self-checkout went very quickly, which means I was in and out of the store in no time at all. Don't hesitate to shop here, if you're ever in the area.

Have been waiting now for 30 mins for my small grocery order, will give kudos to the guy who came out and told me they were short staffed. I was parked in #8 out of 6 slots but now as I've watched about 10 cars come and go, wonder about how they are scheduling and prioritizing pick ups. This is my first and last time trying this, had to get cleaning supplies but will either make the trip inside or settle for what H‑E‑B has in stock.

I try to like this Walmart bet every time I go in there it's tribal the lines are so long it's like a mosh pit in the front took me an hr and a half to checkout one day I was shopping for 20 minutes and it's not like they are trying to fix anything it's been like that for a year if they actually cared about their customer and trying to improve I would not be writing this I do my best to never go to this Walmart even though it's next to my house I will drive out of my way to go somewhere eals

You know as a new trucker I try to just find a safe place to park for the night. If people don't like truckers and just want to tow you. Well I say if you don't like truckers stop buying stuff and we will all disappear never to be seen again. I'm already away from home and family is it hard to ask for a safe place to park. I even went in and spent 30 dollars at the Walmart. Truckers will spend money we need food. Tonight I will have to make number two in a five gallon bucket no toilets in trucks. Most places in this area charge an average 20 dollars to park for the night people have no choice but to pay it because everyone is doing it. I can't afford that just want a place to sleep where I won't get killed. If you love buying things please help out by reaching out to your local Walmart's to make it an option again to park at the edge of parking lots so we get good sleep and drive safely down the road and make it back to our families safely when we do get to go home.
