The pharmacy has a big sign near the drive thru that clearly says open until 9pm. I got there at 7pm and a very rude lady yelled that they were already closed. Just very poor customer service.**update** customer service is still the WORST. Today I waiting to pick up my prescription for over an hour. (After tech said 5 minutes) It's really ridiculous at this point.

Every time I come here to pickup my prescriptions, the staffs seems like they don’t want to work or just have bad attitudes … another bad thing is you have to go up there to get the prescriptions refill because they won’t have it ready for you, they made me wait about 10 minutes every time. I only go to this pharmacy for my prescriptions because the Walgreens I usually goes to doesn’t accept my insurance anymore and it’s close to me or I would’ve gone somewhere else. I hope the manager knows about the staffs attitude because it’s ridiculous.

It would be really nice, upon entry, to have the majority of baskets available, to roll as wheels are supposed to without the "usual" chatter and trying to lead one astray.

Worst customer service I got here at 2:09 pm to pick up my medication a man assisted me through the drive through he asked for my info and to send my insurance card to see if it covered 10 min went by a girl comes on the speaker asked if i was assisted i said yes someone is assisting me i wait 20 min more the same girl comes on the speaker to see if ive been assisted i said yes but that was a long time ago she asked for my info and said if i sent my insurance card i said yes she said she will check 10 min went by someone else came on the speaker saying the tube was stuck so after unstucking the tube thy took another 5 minutes im here and the lady said to resend the tube with my insurance card again since they didnt receive it the first time her i am waiting another 10 min to see what they are gonna say they send me the tube with the medication but not the insurance card i waited another 5 mins for them to send me my insurance card again i never do this i never write bad reviews at all im the one to always be patient and understand but this is unacceptable. Btw noone apologized for all this wait time.

horrible. The "tech" there is rude and was talking and chatting away while I was waiting for my medication... I believe in doing a job that yo love, so that you can provide the best possible experience to those that you serve.
