Store is clean and nice. The pharmacy is my only issue. They are always running behind on prescriptions and you can expect to sit in the drive through for minimally 10 minutes.Update: plan to order your medications up to 3 days in advance. I sat in the drive through for 30 min; first time she told me it’s not ready and to circle. Then when I get to the window again, they tell me they needed to ship it. It’s just birth control, nothing fancy. Truly unhappy with the pharmacy here and will be switching.

I had waited a month for a prescription songs that was back ordered. Went to pick up my prescription on Friday it was handed to me and they told me the price so I said I’ll be back tomorrow with a discount card. I tried to pick up my prescription on Saturday. They wouldn’t take my discount card because my prescription was missing a diagnosis. So how can I get a prescription without a diagnosis? Anyway, I was told to call my doctor back and get a diagnosis added to my prescription went back Monday to pick up my prescription and I was that my prescription was never filled, but it was in my hands Friday and Saturday, but do you need a discount card didn’t have it on me that Friday and Saturday so I’ll go back Monday to pick it up with discount card. Guess what they told me that my prescription was never filled. But yet I had a phone call and text message just showed me that my prescription was ready to pick up so apparently they gave my prescription to somebody else now I have to wait another month for a medication since it’s on back order everywhere. Thanks a lot Walgreens pharmacy for lying to my face.

The pharmacy has gone from a 10 to a 2 in about 6 months time. Previously, I couldn’t say enough good things about the pharmacy staff…now I find them to be unprofessional, rude at times, and frankly, they send mixed messages. Scripts are rarely ready when promised. I’m sorry to see this change.

Literally was in the middle of a conversation with a pharmacy tech and they put up a sign saying they were on lunch. I can't believe they would be so rude as to not even finish answering a question. The pharmacist or whoever he was came out behind the sign and barked at me that they were supposed to be at lunch. It's not my fault that they don't have their staff properly trained to handle their lunches. How about when it's nearing lunch time, you greet the net drive up customer and warn them that you most likely will not be able to help them because in 45 seconds they will be disappearing on lunch? Sounds reasonable, way more professional and obviously MUCH better customer service to handle it that way.

The employees at this Walgreens are always so cheerful and lovely. This is why it is sad and infuriating to me that on two separate occasions, early morning and mid evening, during my visit, I have witnessed blatant theft taking place right before my eyes. The employees are aware of it and their hands are tired, rightfully so. The thieves just walk right in and help themselves. Come on Walgreens! Hire security and protect the safety of your employees and customers! I make many weekly trips to this store and often spend more than I should for the convenience and great service! The next time I'm there, I will be looking for a security officer. If not, you've lost a loyal customer and Walgreens Credit Card holder. SPEND SOME MONEY AND DO THE RIGHT THING!

After having a repeatedly terrible experience at another walgreens location, I can say that the pharmacy employees at this Walgreens go above and beyond. Between the shortcomings of Walgreens’s system/management and the shortages of certain medications, the pharmacists and techs work extremely hard at this location to stay on top of everything. They are very accommodating and I have chosen them as my go to pharmacy moving forward!

Not sure why they require appointments for vaccines because they act like it will be a minute after you check in and they will get to you but I've been waiting 30 minutes without even acknowledging that they are behind or that I still exist.

The pharmacy staff here is amazing!! Even during times when I’ve gone in and they’re extremely busy, they are always super helpful and nice. The pharmacy manager, Matt is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions.
