The pharmacy never has my prescriptions ready. They wait till I go there then tell me to come back in 20-30 minutes so they can finally fill them.

Could the experience be better? Yes of course, but personally my experience is the head pharmacist goes out of his way to help me whenever he is there and I really appreciate him. There is a worker here and there that I wish to avoid but I feel like that's anywhere but for the most part more people help than not.
This place is convenient for me and whatever issues may come up we work through it with communication. I know everyone has their own personal experiences but for me this place is a good location. I don't have too many complaints. Thanks guys!

Worst pharmacy ever! It's taken up to 5 days to fill a new prescription, and it's not even special order. Once ready, you sit at the drive-thru for about 25 minutes.

Let’s put aside the multiple inadequacies of this location (timeliness is not a factor, lack of organization, lack of meds on hand, shortfall of customer service) and concentrate on the fact they neglected to fill a prescription or communicate this not once but twice. When I spoke to a pharmacy manager about this issue, she blamed everything else except the pharmacy itself. The first medication, she said the by the time they filled it, the illness would have been done so they didn’t bother filling it, not to mention she thought it was too expensive to fill. The second medication, which was called in on a Friday by 2pm, was apparently canceled by the doctor on Monday. They never bothered to fill it but the fact that it wasn’t filled within 3 days is a major concern. The medication is a very common medication and shouldn’t take 3 days to come from a warehouse. Bottom line, this location could care less about your health or your family member’s health…but they are more than happy to gaslight you.

Terrible Experience. Didn’t have Rx ready when it was supposed to be, and then didn’t order it after they said they would. Came back a 2nd time and they still didn’t have it.

Walked in and the manager followed me and said they were closing in less than a minute very rudely. I went in to grab medicine for my sick kid at home (probably would have taken less than a minute). I laughed and walked out. Horrible customer service and clearly he is not a professional who knows how to speak in a kind manner to customers.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy drive through in human history. Not lying.

I had my doctor fax my prescription here. I signed up for text notifications. I soon got a text letting me know my meds were ready. It's really nice to have a great pharmacy right near my home. It is so convenient to just pop over there for my health needs.

Looking for reusable stylish face masks. It says online that y’all have a “great selection” and all I saw in store was plain lame disposable masks!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t call when there are insurance issues. They don’t call when prescriptions are ready.

Some of the least competent humans ever work here. So embarrassing. We will be transferring.

Pharmacy actually closed while I was waiting in line, after they served the two people in front of me. The person just said, "we are closed at this time", and walked away.
I have never had a pharmacy do this before.
This is after they screwed up the only two prescriptions I've ever picked up here.
I will be changing pharmacies.

Very tough to get the things you need from this location. And that's assuming they don't put it back on the shelf if you don't pick it up 45 mins after it's ready

Was there at 1:25 in line. The pharmacy said they close for lunch at 1:30. They took the person in line before me and could have taken me, the last person in line but turned me away for thirty minutes to have lunch. They may want to research a concept called staggered lunches.

I just walked into the store and was immediately told to take off my bag and to put in a corner. Now I just got out of school and I go to this Walgreens all the time and never had a issue. Currently in my bag I have well over a grand of stuff from shoes to a school computer to my headphones, if my bag is stolen the store would be responsible. The guy that told me to take off my bag was very rude and demanding.
