Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone! They keep hanging up! If I have to go up there it won’t be pretty!Walgreens everytime I try to give y’all and chance, it never works out! After waiting over a day to have prescriptions filled, and being told more than once all medications would be ready at a certain time, then when I arrive there still not ready! That’s not acceptable Walgreens! Especially when it’s asthma medications! This wasn’t the first time nor second time this has happened. It’s definitely time to find a new pharmacy!

I wish I could give a zero. I’m sitting at Walgreens on Sycamore School Rd in Fort Worth Texas, on December 22, waiting for medication. We called and spoke to them yesterday, and prescriptions were to be ready at 5 YESTERDAY. It’s not ready the next day at 5 and they’re making me go to the back of the processing queue and wait an hour and a half. The cashier is being incredibly rude and disrespectful. I live about 45 minutes away so going home and coming back is not an option. I’ve never had such a bad or uncaring experience with any pharmacy. I highly recommend going literally ANYWHERE else.

Terrible service me and two of my friends decided to come in and look for a restroom and then walk around a little bit I then saw two employees come and they stared hard at us as soon as we realized they were staring at us we decided to leave and as we were leaving they decided to leave and I as we were leaving they said to us don’t come back we didn’t hear them they said don’t come back or we will call the cops and yes all three of us are black truly terrible experince and very racist. And I also saw the lady try and communicate wit the other one telling her no to not let him use it.
