The staff is very rude, I came here with my grandmother and they started making fun of her. She didn't want to apply the discounts on the coupon, nor the discount for senior citizens. Very very very bad tomorrow I'm going to go talk to the manager ? ????????

Betty (manager) is very impersonal and lacks customer service skills. When I said jeez after asking her to check first if she was going to take a certain type of identification to make a Chime deposit, she mocked me and repeated “oh jeez” repeating my words. I asked for the manager, she said she was in charge. Then refused to take my federal identification after saying she didn’t need the attitude. Unbelievable how a person who lacks basic customer service skills can be placed in that position.

I've been using Walgreen's for filling prescriptions for years. They are always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using them. They are also great if you want to pick up a few items.

The manager is very rude. She comes outside and takes pictures of me and my car. She charged me a fee to add money to a card that had never been charged any other time. When I said something she said I was rude. She tried to cause problems at my job. I do not go in that store because of the bad customer service. I have family that goes in there and when the older Hispanic lady sees my car, she comes outside and takes pictures. Creepy and should really be taken care of.

Been going here for years, and while they have screwed up orders, used the incorrect insurance even after they confirmed they have changed it already, or didn't update this or that; most of the staff will go out of their way to correct it, patiently explain to you. One of the pharmacist even analyzed how I could save more in co-pay, actually I was paying more than I should because some junior pharmacist was processing it incorrectly. But again, a senior pharmacist went out of her way and fixed it. So all good.So for a few weeks now been going back and forth on an order I was waiting to fulfill, spent many hours on the phone calling, following-up, and asking on the drive thru window. Every time I go to the window I get a different answer, 3x they told me it will be ready in 2 days and I just comeback. So I came back and spent a lot of time driving and waiting. It has not happened and the ladies assigned at the drive-thru window will change their story, maybe they don't remember what they told you previously. But that is fine they try to be as nice to explain and help you out.Except for this drive-thru lady who always has this "get the f out of my face, I don't know what happened, and I am not here to investigate or help you out", come back again. Hard to read her badge from the window, of course, she knows better than to show her name with that kind of attitude. But an old lady working there told me the drive-thru lady was Priscilla.After being patient for a few weeks now, I was trying to get an explanation why it was not ready, she told me I was wasting her time, I could not bother her for 2 minutes, while they would happily tell me to go back and it will be ready, that is a lot of time spent going there. Even calling on the phone you will be stuck in the waiting lobby, so that is a lot of time spent. They have screwed docs before, charging the medicine and getting rejected on an insurance from a few years back that they already confirmed had been updated to the new insurance card. So I was trying to get an answer to find out because I did my part and I have a feeling they misfiled some docs, or sent the docs to an incorrect number.She told me to talk to the manager, so I asked for the manager, then she said he was away for 1 week. She said I was stuck with her, and told me to get out of the drive lane as I was wasting her time.Clearly, this Priscilla doesn't want to work there, just wants to collect her pay cheque. She has been like this for months luckily the manager would call and resolve the situation and everything is good again.If you don't like your work get assigned to the stock room or clean stuff, stay away from customers. I have been more than patient, weeks and weeks, don't flex the 2 minutes you spent on the window as I was trying to get more information.This store is far from perfect, but so far most knows how to handle customers except this lady.Unfortunately, she brags I am stuck with her and nothing I can do since the manager was not gonna be available anytime soon.I don't like giving negative reviews, but the community deserves better. Go find another job, people who go to pharmacy is already there because they have burdens, so if you don't like your work, do your community a favor and find another job.

I am a consistent customer of Walgreens and have been to multiple locations across the USA. This is the only one I have ever have been treated rudely at for being a paying customer trying to do cashback more than one time. I read the company's policy and you are allowed multiple cashbacks. This is management's fault and needs to be dealt with as I depended on that cashback for a period of time without a debit card available.I recommend going anywhere but here and will not give up fighting this issue until customers are treated fairly and as a priority. It is extremely difficult when the store's managers are rude and indigent about their made up policies. I will be calling the regional headquarters until this is resolved.

Came in after work on Saturday to deposit money to my chime account, the cashier lady had an attitude the moment I started talking to her. Tried being nice regardless, but she needs to really think about the way she talks to customers.

I've been using Walgreens for years and started using the one on Bryant Irving. They are the slowest pharmacy I have ever used, including other companies. I went today to pick up a prescription that was ready yesterday and I was the only one in line at the drive thru and it still took them 10- 15 minutes to get me through. I live one block from the pharmacy but I am seriously think of changing to CVS which is 2 miles in the opposite direction of where I am usually headed.

I came here to check out their Mother's Day cards and they had a good selection. I noticed that they have more organic/natural skincare and makeup products. The prices for the card went from $4 and I found a beautiful card for Mother's Day. When I was checking out my purchase, the cashier barely looked at my direction, didn't greet me and handed me my receipt while looking away. Needless to say the customer service, needs work. While looking at the reviews, I noticed that this location has a history of poor customer service.

Walgreens is not about customer service that is for sure. I went through the Drive through to get my prescriptions since they called me to tell me they were ready. I drove up to the window at 1:28pm and waited while they ignored me for several minutes like they always do. Except this time after a few minutes went by they turned off the lights and said they were going to lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. WOW! that is the outstanding service you get from this Walgreens. I will be moving my business to CVS.

Extremely rude and stupid old lady by the name Jenny working in the store. She doesn’t even know how to behave with customers. She doesn’t know how FedEx drop off service works and then tells me to go back. I have never seen such a rude person working as staff in a store. I think she had a bad day and was throwing her mood swings on customers. Such staff spoil the reputation of Walgreens brand. This lady needs to be sacked right away.

Pharmacy gets 5++ stars! Jim and all of the other pharmacists and techs are so helpful and patient with all of my questions! I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and it’s so nice to come in and have great, friendly help every time!I usually get great service in the store as well, but today as I was walking to the register Janie was walking away to unlock a cabinet for another customer. I stood at the counter for however long it took them to find what they wanted, then without having said anything to me at all. She told me to move because she was going to ring up the people she was helping first. She was just rude and it’s all in the presentation.
