Needed my medication to live the same day and they disregarded to tell my doctor that the medication will NOT be ready until a week later that way my doctor could send it to a pharmacy that I can get it same day and disregarded to tell me when I called them they also keep you on hold for multiple hours at a time DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED MEDICATION TO LIVE!!!!

Terrible service, they never have the medicine at your disposal, they tell you to give it in an hour and you go and they give you a drink in half an hour as if you had all day

I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for two weeks. When I called I was told they would probably not be able to fill the prescription due to low supply. No one ever called me, they just let me sit here and wait TWO WEEKS. I found a new pharmacy and had them request the prescription be transferred. By law they have 4 hours to transfer the prescription but they never sent it. The new pharmacy tried calling repeatedly with no response. I called the next day and, after being hung up on twice, finally got through only to be told they couldn't help me. I asked to speak with a manager who then told me she had just sent the prescription over. The service at this location has never been great, but this is a deal breaker for me. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I came to this store to buy some things and I wanted to go into the bathroom and the person there told me that it was not a public bathroom and they did not want to lend me the bathroom, since it is not a public bathroom, it is assumed that one comes to buy because they cannot lend the bathroomđĄ

I went too Walgreens and I had the worst experience ever the mgr is racist she did greet me or said nothing she had poor communication skills and customer service she gave me the ugliest look she only spoke too her race and not the African Americans

My doctor literally showed me the prescription she sent to this pharmacy, but I spent 45 minutes on hold and arguing with a robot to convince them they were missing one of my two medications. Itâs been over a week since they were sent in so itâs not like Iâm being impatient. Also fix your stupid robot system, if youâre gonna make me sit on hold for 15 minutes, JUST LET THE MUSIC PLAY! I donât need a loud electronic voice shouting âWERE SORRY ABOUT THE WAIT THERE IS ONE CALLER AHEAD OF YOUâ *every 15 seconds exactly* is actually deranged. Itâs like youâre trying to get people on hold to give up or something.
UPDATE: they tried to blame me for the missing prescription! They said since itâs a new medication it wonât show up in the system and I was supposed to call them to confirm that I wanted it filled? The doctor called it in so yeah that means I want it filled.

HORRIBLE customer service! No one ever answers the phone, even after you make it through their robot answering machine. Their online portal is so misleading. What's the point of allowing you make an appointment for a vaccination if when you show up the pharmacy doesn't even have the vaccine in stock? Walgreen's do better! Totally misleading and inaccessible. This pharmacy specifically, 4200 E Lancaster Ave Fort Worth TX, does not serve its community at all.

I have to file an insurance fraud report bc they charged my insurance for a prescription that I never received and now I can't get the refill bc walgreens is acting like I already picked it up. My doctor won't approve a refill bc she's showing that I got my refill. I hope whoever lied rots in jail.

If I could give 4200 e Lancaster pharmacy a 0 I would...3 times to this horrible pharmacy for prescriptions that they just to durn sorry to look for...n have the audacity to get smart n tell me you gone cancel my orders...DO YOUR JOB N THE CUSTOMERS WONT COMPLAIN...to the pharmacist with the dreads u should get some customers service skills...

The empathy they have towards the customers are so lacking, providers trying to call in a prescription 30 minutes before they go to lunch are hung up on. Then they blame the doctor's office. I guess munching 30min early is more important than the patients.

Itâs very unfortunate that they attempt to close the store 30 minutes early. They donât close until 9:00pm but locked the doors. Once a crowd of people started forming, they had no choice but to unlock the doors; especially once we pointed to the business hours signâŚ.that was very unprofessional of the manager to watch us outside and his cashier started getting hostile with a bad attitude over doing his job. It was 8:30 on August 30th when this happened
