I don't use the pharmacy here, but I always shop at this location. The staff is always friendly and the store usually has anything I need.

Pharmacy is terrible. Long wait times, pharmacist always has trouble finding your prescription and information on the computer. I called because I ordered refills online and it wouldn't let me and told me to call the pharmacy. Only to be on hold for 30 minutes and then get hung up once the lady who picked up got my information.

Walgreens if you’re going to have piss poor staff with horrible attitudes why tell us to call the pharmacy on the app? I got a notification on the app to call the pharmacy regarding my diabetic medicine. I’ve called 3 times in the past 30 minutes just to be told to hold and then they hang up on me. Up the pay to get better quality staff members because this is ridiculous. You’re dealing with people and their medications that they have to have and consistently hang up???

I came to this location 3 times in one day every time I came it was it will be ready in 1 hour or 2. Decided to come the next day in the morning only for the lady to say I’m have to wait again. I will never come to this location again. Ridiculous!

Go elsewhere unless you want to be on hold for 45 minutes just to be hung up on or for them to lose your prescription.

This pharmacy is the worst. Our doctor called/sent in a prescription 4 times in half a day. We confirmed the address multiple times.
Our doctor said she stayed on hold with them for 30 min each time. All for them to finally say “maybe our system is down”… they seem incompetent and not professional. They were convenient because they were only three minutes from our house.
But now we moved our preferred pharmacy 13 min away because this one cannot handle what needs to be done.
Go anywhere else

They should get a zero star rating because this location definitely deserves one. None of the workers behind the counter including any managers back there knows what they are doing. Managers please step up! or hold your techs accountable. There is a reason this location has terrible reviews and ratings. I came here because it’s convenient but i will no longer give this terrible, ignorant and unorganized pharmacy a chance. Ive been playing back and forth “she said , he said” with this location and the sucky CVS pharmacy on meadowbrook. Both locations have dropped the ball with medication Ive needed urgently on two separate occasions. One medication i have to take twice a day for the rest of my life took 4 days for them and CVS o. meadowbrook to have a back and fourth “i did transfer it, i never got it” conversation. Now today which will be my second day being rushed to the hospital because they still dont have my medication so i dont go into anaphylactic shock still doing the dumb “i did transfer, I never got it” conversation with the CVS on meadowbrook. Ive wasted , money, time , and gas on this uninformed , lazy pharmacy. I was told “Well we are about to close” by a pharmacy tech woman tall with black hair that didnt do her job to make sure i have my medication that i called in a day ago. Very pathetic and LAZY. I dont know how you all still have business. Please do better!

THE HOLD TIME WAS 40 MINUTES AND I'M CALLING FROM A DRS. OFFICE. THEY WOULD PICK THE PHONE UP AND SAY HOLD AND NEVER EVEN ASK ME IF I COULD OR IF I COULD CALL BACK...VERY SAD TO TREAT PEOPLE IN THIS MANNER! WE ARE HERE TO HELP AND SERVE. REMEMBER THAT NEXT TIME YOU PICK UP THE PHONE, PLEASE.

My Dr called my Celebrex in on Monday. They said this medicine to relieve my suffering would be ready Tuesday after 2. I called Tuesday, Wednesday. My call to the automatic service on Thursday said it was ready. I went to pick up my RX on Saturday at 1:30PM. There was a sign in the window that said they were at lunch and nobody could ring up my order until 2:00PM. In another 2 days it will be a week that I have been waiting for a medicine to alleviate distress. I wonder what happen to the time I could get a RX within 24 hours. Staff should refer customer to another store if they can't get a medicine.

Wait times are horrible, I called 5 days straight about my prescription and each time they would take my information and nothing gt done. Then they have the nastiest attitudes finally switched to Walmart front of store a 5 the pharmacy is trash if you have a life threatening illness DO NOT transfer your meds here
