I was skeptical based on other reviews, but this Walgreen’s has been great. Fast, friendly service and they even added the goodrx for me without asking!

This location was a convenient location to take our passport photos. Staff was ok, not the friendliest, but they did help us out. The cost of the photos for what we got was crazy expensive. $36 for passport pics of my wife and I, that's abusive in my opinion. Not happy about that at all.

"Your call will be disconnected" every time I call the pharmacy.

I'm no pharmacist. I've never worked in a pharmacy, but I don't understand why it takes so long to pick up a prescription that's already waiting in a sack. I spent at least 15 minutes in line at the drive-thru tonight, and I've spent that long waiting inside as well. They also call way too much, and from odd phone numbers that don't identify as Walgreen's. It's been a lot of years, but I'm moving to the CVS down the street.

The pharmacy's immunization program is absolutely horrible!!! I arranged an appointment to get a COVID booster. My appointment was set for 10am in the morning. I received numerous texts reminding me to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment, which I did. I even received a text the morning of my appointment. After waiting in line we'll past the time of my appointment, I was informed by the pharmacy tech that they did not have the vaccine, and that I would have to reschedule my appointment. The tech also told me she wasn't able to help with rescheduling my call and that I had to do it myself. She also said she couldn't let me know when the vaccines would be available and that I would need to call back later in the day to determine if the vaccine had I arrived. I called 3-times and was placed on perpetual hold each time and never was able to connect with a live person to find out if the vaccines had ever arrived. I work in healthcare, and this experience is one of the worst forms of customer care I've experienced in a longtime. I don't recommend Walgreens as a means for getting your routine immunizations. It's system is antiquated, customer adverse, and a huge waist of time! To add insult to injury, all the prerequisite forms I completed on line had to be completed, again, because the Walgreens system could not retrieve them! Again, DON'T USE WALGREENS ON CAMP BOWIE @ HULEN for immunizations unless you're OK with being treated without care and consideration!

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy! After several incidents with rude staff we will be switching pharmacies. Mr. Alebachew is the worst.

This is the worst Walgreens i’ve ever experienced. They are ALWAYS understaffed. They NEVER fill a prescription until i call to follow up. There have been multiple times where i have waited on hold for a full hour before getting ahold of someone to tell them to fill the prescription they’ve already been sent. I am currently in a 5 person line inside after waiting 45 minutes on the phone and giving up. Oh and there are also 4 cars in line outside.I don’t know what the deal is but this seems like it’s the fault of the store’s general manager for being cheap on staffing. I have used 15-20 walgreens pharmacies in my life and none of them even come close to as consistently awful. The pharmacists/staff are nice and doing their best.

THE WORST SERVICE!! My Doctor called in a prescription late in afternoon for a simple antibiotic since I was sick. Walgreens did not fill it even though they were open till 9pm. The next morning I called to check Status. Recorded message stated " we're working on it " called back to speak with Pharmacist; waited on phone for 10 minutes and was disconnected. Called back and waited 10 more minutes and same result. I asked my Dr. To call RX some where else.Total incompetence!! I won't go to this location ever again. Meanwhile, it has been over 24hrs and I still don't have my medication due to ineptitude by Walgreens on corner of Hulen and Camp Bowie in Fort Worth. Pharmacy services there are VERY POOR.

Expect to wait an exceptionally long time to pick up your prescription in store or in the drive thru. Maybe just use a different pharmacy…

We all know that being sick sucks. Well, being sick while waiting for the rude Walgreens staff sucks even worse. Especially after you have put your prescriptions into their online system, and have received a confirmation that they were going to be ready. Which for some reason, could not be found by their staff, despite us showing them the email confirmation. Then, instead of calling it out to the doc who wrote the script for the meds, we must produce the paper copy. Save yourself a headache, and three trips through the drive thru. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been using Walgreens for prescriptions for years, and in that course of time I’m had my fair share of, “Oh, your prescription was sent to our central location instead” or “Your prescription isn’t ready yet [even after the previously stated time that it’d be ready].” Fine, just part of Walgreens. But this week has been the experience that will make me start using a local pharmacy. After two separate visits to the pharmacy that resulted in no medicine (in spite of previous communications that it was ready), on this third visit the medicine was finally there. The pharmacy assistant made a “boo boo” and cancelled out my checkout when trying to apply a coupon, which then caused my insurance to no longer apply when she tried to ring it up again. This means another day’s delay in getting medication and now a fourth trip to this same pharmacy within a week. So, if you have a lot of lead time (2+ weeks) and don’t mind waiting, go here. If you actually need your medicine, go elsewhere.

I felt a cold coming on and luckily they had a nice Walgreens nearby. Carol was very nice at the register.
