Dirty parking lot kinda sketchy outside after dark otherwise no complaints it's your typical Walgreens on the inside. Clean well stocked bathroom is kept well enough. Also watch your step outside especially if wearing expensive or open toes footwear as the recent rain has left many puddles behind in the now filled and numerous potholes..

I literally called a few minutes before they closed because I needed my mother‘s medication as she had surgery and she needs this medication for pain and they said that they would have the medication there and they these girls literally walked out the door as I was pulling up. I got here at 9:01. This is not customer service friendly specially working in the healthcare business. This should get reviewed by a manager and changes should be made for the sake of public health

If I could give it no star, I wouldn't give anything, the cashiers are so rude that they give coupons if they are not going to respect them and apart from being thieves they accused us they have no ethics they don't go to that place they are racist if I could sue them for accusing us of being thieves they would check it out their cameras before accusing someone is the worst place and besides it is dirty, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I have ADHD and my medication got switched from one a day to two a day and the pharmacy keeps telling me. My doctor's office never called even though they did and the pharmacy keeps playing games

I made and confirmed an appointment for a vaccine in order to travel at this Walgreens. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have any of that vaccine. Now I'm in a bind. On a positive note, the people there were nice about it...thus the 1 star.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employee Karen is extremely rude and has no desire to help the customer at all, she does not have good treatment.
I see that there are more negative comments towards him.
I don't understand why he continues to serve the public.
It's a shame that people like this are working in a place that makes life much easier for those of us who work until late hours with their products, where you can find everything.
Unfortunately I will not return to this location again. Luckily there are more Walgreens in the USA
For me she should be fired and find something where she doesn't have to serve the public.

If I could give 0 stars I would give it for Karen's terrible service, not at all professional and uncooperative with the client, there are already more complaints about her on this site, I don't know why she is still working serving the public.

Where do I even start. The employees are rude and the management is obnoxious. From an employee yelling at me, saying I’m parked in the wrong space by pointing at a blank sign to a manager getting moody with me while I was in the store.
Some of there products are damaged, like leaky water bottles they keep hoping someone will buy to opened paper towel roles. And their restroom has been out of service each time I’ve been here. I just need to wash my hands.
I hope I never have to come here or to Azle ever again.
