Apparently they close the bathroom after it's cleaned, at 8:00pm. How is that a thing? Are they going to close the register after they count the money?

I shopped Christmas 70% off clearance candy location. out of all items chosen only one was discounted. signage was misleading and wasted my time after waiting in a long line. I have worked retail management for many years. section should have been planogrammed to set signage discounts or individually signed and priced each item with discount. hard to think it is Walgreens but rather maybe a management issue here. i decided to not buy the items misrepresented.

I was in a Saturday morning for passport pictures and the cashier up front was busy with customers but not once did she acknowledge me or call someone else to assist me.

This is my choice for store. Valarie the manager is always helpful. Martha The cashier is also very kind and attentive. Every time i walk into the store right away Martha right away greets you. Thank you Walgreen's for always making my experience great.

I'd like to comment on Walgreens employee Valarie Diaz for a second. She was extremely helpful on my visit, she knew exactly what I needed. I'm extremely satisfied with her customer service skills and see great things in her future with the company. She was very polite and had a smile the whole time, I felt very comfortable while making my transaction. I will make this location my store of choice from now on, I highly recommend this Walgreens.

Believe it or not, this Walgreens can provide you with anything you need when you are in a pinch. When Fort Worth was prepping to shut down for winter weather for NYE 2017, my friends and I beelined to the Walgreens to make sure we were taken care of if we ended up stranded in our hotel room. Almost $200 later, we were stocked in champagne, wine, chips and microwavable dinners. Ideal living? No. But, I'm not sure what we would've done without Walgreens that night. It's a close enough walk back to the Stockyards that its convenient for any hotel guests, when the sidewalks aren't covered in ice.

Came in to coupon and they clearly don't understand the terms of couponing. Love it when they pull stuff out of their behind. If the company's policy says it, how can I be wrong?

Really bad service. I was waiting to be helped. I need it a iPhone charger and they are locked, which it didn't bother me. But I was right next to the register. I push the customer service bottom and no one came to help. The cashier looked at us standing there and she didn't ask us if we need help. So, my son went to call her. And she was walking like her legs were weighting 100 pounds each one. She was a young woman, on her lately 30. She saw me looking for help, I guess she could ask, as any other good employee do.
