The person at the photo said she was new and needed help from the manager. The manager, Gabby Florez, came out and said she was too busy "counting money" to help but said to go ask Jessie at the checkout booth. We walk over to Jessie and his phone rings. I've known Jessie for 10 years from going in the store. The call is from the manager who told him not to help in the photo booth. I hate that Gabby Florez lied to us. My wife and son couldn't believe it either. I hope they can train her as I doubt this meats Walgreens philosophy.

These people are the rudest people I've ever met when you walk in they don't speak they don't say hello they just they just inappropriate non-professional people I would advise not to go there they customer service sucks

The people working are very rude. This is my 2nd time coming here and all they do is give you an attitude. Definitely don’t recommend this Walgreens. They need to get a better staff.

Honestly just felt the manager at night, all I remember was she was Hispanic possibly, with long hair pulled back, was very annoyed and showed it helping people and the cashier. There was a long line and people were stopping her to ask questions and about the 2nd eye roll and sigh I just had about enough of that behavior, that kind of language is very inappropriate let alone for some in management. We see that.

The pharmacy is the best they always go above and beyond to help me with my daughters prescription. We briefly had to switch to cvs because of insurance and it was awful we managed to switch back!

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy!!!!!! Went in to get my vaccine had to wait 15 mins for the staff to open the pharmacy!!!!! Because the pharmacist and the employee Asian lady were FaceTime on there phone!!!!! And when finally they decide to open they are eating donuts and speaking with there mouth full!!!!!! Horrible Asian lady!!!!!!! And pharmacist!!!!!!! Get to work on time!!!!!

I LOVE THIS WALGREENS! always my go to, I’m a Traveling dental assistant and sometimes offices don’t always have my size of gloves, this Walgreens is my go to, they always have the size I need and also have my favorite pens! Autumn is my favorite, she’s always so helpful and so so sweet! Can’t praise this location enough! ❤️❤️❤️

Skip this location you would be better off going to the Walgreens on denton highway if you have to go to a Walgreens, first off when I tried to call my SIL and ask a simple question the call would drop it doesn’t matter if I called her or if she called me it would always drop if we somehow did talk it was lagging so hard that I couldn’t understand her oh and ALL of the employees and customers tried to listen in, half of the store is one bar and the other half three-four bars, so when I didn’t need help there was 3-5 employees standing around or just Sunday walking as slow as they could when I did need help every employee basically fast walked to the break room or stock room ignoring me, they stocked products that should been stocked together separately in different aisles, what should’ve taken a 5-10 minute trip costed EASILY a half hour and 20% of my phone battery. The only good interaction I had was with a pharmacist lady who was really polite and sweet but the many negatives strongly outweigh the ONE positive.
