I've been coming here for 14+ years. The employees are always very nice, but the pharmacy needs MAJOR help. They are always so slow and have the longest lines - inside and in the drive thru. I just finished waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line. I think I'm going to start getting prescriptions elsewhere. It's been slow for years, but just continues to get worse.

Pharmacy is really slow not enough help. I have to go and wait for my prescriptions to be filled. The people are nice. Last year it has gotten really bad.

I had such a great experience with the photo center at the Walgreens on White Settlement. Alysa was so patient and helpful and worked with me for at least half an hour to get the right size photo for my Korean visa application. I highly recommend this location for their efficiency, customer service, and patience. Thank you!

Always quick turn around for curbside orders. Photo department is great and staff is usually efficient.

I called as one of our prescriptions were out of stock that we needed filled. I explained, "I was notified that the pharmacy is currently out of stock of the medication my mother needs refilled. Is there any way to find out if there is another Walgreen's in the area that has this item in stock?" She then answered, sounding annoyed, "Yea, you can call around to other Walgreen's near you and ask if they have it." I called the next Walgreens that was open, without telling them of my previous phone call experience, and Sylvia immediately offered to look up other Walgreen's stores in the area that had the medication available and in stock. She listed all of the locations off for me and even gave me the phone number for one. This medication helps bring down pressure in my mother's eyes that causes permanent loss of her vision. It is unfortunate that the Pharmacy tech that answered my call at the White Settlement location, didn't want to spend the time to check or even let me know they were heading to lunch and couldn't be bothered to assist me. I would have happily called at another time or even been fine with her calling me back when she had time.

This pharmacy is hands down the worst establishment in the history of pharmacies. If I could give negative stars I would. Why would they tell me my Prescription will be ready in 15 minutes, to then have me walk around to the back of the line and take 25 minutes to get back to the counter, then tell me it'll be ready in 15 more minutes? What severe lack of time management school did these fools go to? What were they doing for my first 25 minute wait time? Being useless employees. That's what.

1 star because of how they handle covid testing, i've waiting a whole week just to get tested and i ended up waiting a full hour in the wrong lane to get tested and they said it should've been in the email (which it wasn't i checked multiple times for it) and basically said it's my fault because the signs they have up.. keep in mind these lines are 12-20 cars back and the sign they have up to let you know it's 1st lane only are right next to to damn window.. how is someone gonna let me change lanes after waiting an hour?? get your shit together walgreens i should've just went to urgent care and waited just as long. Just put it in the damn email!! it's not that hard, dumbasses.

Pharmacy needs to do better. Line is so long all the time, very slow. I call meds in and still not ready two days later. This has happened several times. DO BETTER

This store can never get my photos right! This time the clerk didn't even put them in my bag after I paid for everything. When I went back the other employees wouldn't even try to look it up they said I had to pay again! Photo Department sucks at this store

Although the pharmacy is better than across the street (CVS) in terms of efficiency and friendliness, they apparently allow customers to enter their store WITHOUT insisting they wear a mask during a pandemic! And Texas just passed one million cases!!! A young couple was walking around and seemed to have cared less. I got out as soon as I could and doubt I'll be back anytime soon!

It would have been nice to know they are closing the Pharmacy for their lunch break! I arrived two minutes too late. Now I have to kill 30 minutes before I can pick up my RX!!

the restroom was so deplorable that I feel like I need to go get a round of antibiotics. it was dirty and there were no hooks on the stalls to hang your property and the sanitary trash cans for women's items were loosely set on the top of the toilet. I can't imagine one of them falling over in emptying out on me
