Worst pharmacy ever. How do you get a brand new Rx called in and proceed to say it needs a refill and then cancel the order??? Worst pharmacy ever.

Employee at register had to call management to scan my digital card. When management got to register and scanned my digital card, he still said he was told not to, I don't know why since the manager just told him to do it. It was my uhc otc card. Which has the instructions on how to use it.
