The ever-slowest pharmacy, hand down. If there isn't another car behind you, you'll be stuck in the drive-thru with no other option but to back out. I made an appointment for a vaccine but I was kept waiting for more than an hour. Then, what use does making an appointment serve? You should certainly avoid using this pharmacy.
