Ashley that works the front counter is one of the rudest people I have ever met in this location. I have been coming to this store consistly 2 years .i walked to the register an spoke to her an she continued to play with her toy . I said hello and an stated it's ok to be nice to her customers. She stated that " it look like I had a problem. She was very rude and I was very embarrassed by the way she decided to treat me. I called the man over and he asked her to.please step away ,she continues to make gestures behind his back and told him NO She wasn't going to walk away. That to me should have been grounds for termination. She was disrespectful to him in front of me an other customers. This isn't ok. I called corporate also cause this was right

Do not use WalgreensI just sat in line for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription only to get to the front of the drive through to have the pharmacist slap down a poster that says no pharmacists on duty lunch break. Well, I'm on my lunch break too. And I have a prescription that I need so I have to go into the store to complain and they're not willing to do anything about it. At least at the grocery store they don't close the lane until everybody in the lane has been served. The reason I use the drive through in the first place is every time I go to the Walgreens on Henderson, in Fort Worth there are homeless people standing outside and they're harassing me for money and I just really don't want to deal with it. Today they were smoking weed outside the store. Friday night I also tried to pick up my prescription and after 15 min in the drive thru it never moved so I gave up.They have officially lost my business!!

I'd actually gone to a different pharmacy to get something that I normally get at most pharmacies and was unable to find. Thankful that Walgreens carried it! The store was laid out very similar to most all Walgreens. I've been to. Thankful for that. Make shopping much quicker. The store was very clean and well stocked. Personnel I encountered were friendly.

Please hire new employees with better attitudes everyone here seemed very miserable & inconvenienced by customers…& this must be acceptable behavior condoned by management if there are multiple reviews documenting the disgusting customer service.No manager or staff working the day I came in had a name tag…I had to ask for names.Narcisso with the poodle mullet needs to be reprimanded & retrained for his horrible representation of this company…bad cavalier attitude with bad customer service to match Walgreens could do much better.

I I came in there to pick up a order and I need help looking for the order and I went to pharmacy for help and the Asia guy I ask him about can he help me find the order nicely he act ignore me or and turn his head away. I spoke with the manager this morning about the situation. He said he sorry & brush it off his body language was basically he wasn’t gonna talk to his employee about that incident but that make Walgreens look bad as a company if you can’t correct your employee when they wrong that that says how much about your character and the company

Brittany the pharmacy tech made my experience here very uncomfortable. She did not want to answer my questions point blank period. At one point telling me “Your prescription is not here because it’s NOT HERE.” I feel like my concerns for my medication were not heard. I was told by another tech the day before that my prescription was said to arrive Today. I called to confirm and was mistreated over what I expected to be a simple phone call I had with Brittany.

The customer service here is horrible. I just left this location very displeased. I went to pick up my online order and was asked for an ID which I understand, but the email stated that showing the email with the verification code would be enough. I felt racially discriminated by the employee named Karol because she was making comments about how many Hispanics such as myself go to pick up their orders and sometimes they could give fake last names to pick up an order and steal stuff. Even though I showed her the confirmation email on my email account that clearly had the code they sent me and my information. All of this was uncalled for. If she had a problem with me not showing her my ID she could’ve just asked to show my ID to confirm that it was actually my order. She didn’t have to mix race into it.

It's unacceptable how your employees treat customers with disrespect. Went it 6/19 @10-11 am to the photo center and a black older woman was being rude to us. Gave me attitude for NO reason. Make sure y'all employees are straight, y'all be hiring anyone.
