Lady at Ridgmar location was too busy doing nothing behind counter to help us. Bought 2 pair and warned her mine weren't easy as said I got Anne kleine before and needed small frame due to thickness of prescription and she offered no help and said i just needed to look. When she did the dot on glasses she was leaning as well as having me lean. Glasses are wrong as expected and eye dr said everything is .25 off but cylinder was .5 off which is why everything is distorted. Waited as expected over month, webpage just said pending even on day they text at 430 that they were ready. So now useless glasses and will require a remake and another month or so. Will be taking back to better visionworks located in Watauga that I normally go to, but this bad rigmar lication was easier due to location. Watauga has better trained employees who assist with frame for size, fit knowing thick lenses require certain type of frame and dot process double checking and not leaning.

I was visiting the area for a birthday party on a Saturday. Soon as we got to the party I had issues with my glasses and lost a screw and couldn't see to safely drive home. Already on a time crunch to get to a second bday party, i searched the area for closest pharmacy or grocery store. Made it to the local Target, planned to pick up a eye glass repair kit, but of course, they were out of stock. Frustrated and upset I googled eye glasses and up popped VisionWorks- 433 ft. away. I looked up from my phone to find this location was in the same shopping center that I was. When I got there I asked the ladies if they sold eye glass repair kits, they said they did not, I explained I had lost a screw that held my lens in place and then incredibly sweet lady told me to let her take a look (even though i had not gotten my glasses at visionworks). I didn't catch her name but she was so nice, she took the time to replace my screw, clean my lenses, even threw a compliment or two on my frames in there and completely turned my day around. She did not charge anything, she was fast and very friendly. Most importantly, i was able to see to safely drive my daughter and myself back to my area. Thank you sweet lady at Visionworks, your kindness and willingness to help changed my mood and set the course for our day on the right track. I will definitely consider visionworks for my next pair of glasses because of you.

Stuffs are very welcoming, plenty choice of nice frames. My order has been done quickly and today I've got my custom reading glasses in a time as they told me. I am very satisfied.I am thankful for the service I ve got.

Very very frustrated. We live far away and checked online to make sure they were open today before heading in to town to pick up our glasses. My teenage son and I had to coordinate our schedule to have time to both do this. Upon arriving, we see a note on the door saying closed July 2 thru the 4th. Not cool! Please post this online. Now I've wasted an afternoon driving and will have to still make this trip again. A sign on the door is not at all helpful. The employees were nice and I'm excited to have my glasses (at some point), but the time killer of the pointless drive today has left me very frustrated. If you are going to be closed, please post it online!! It's 2024...a paper sign on the door is a weak choice.

VisionWorks has a good selection and good prices. The associate was very helpful and patient. He showed me alot of different frames and gave me alot of options. I purchased 2 pairs and felt very good about the experience.

Not like the other Visionworks I’ve visited in the past and visited recently before moving to Texas. Lackluster employees, not very friendly or caring, and their glass selection is horrible. I ordered two pair of shades and was disappointed. They didn’t care, offered little suggestions for resolving my issue, and then need better help. I ended up going to the Hulen Mall location to get the satisfaction I needed. Ms. Amanda and her staff are great and the only reason I will continue to be a Visionworks customer.

Frames are grouped by their geometrical shapes, which helped narrow my choices to the specific selection most suitable for my face (rectangle).
