Initially, Genie was unable to find my insurance provider and referred me to LensCrafters. When she did find my information, she personally ran to find me and let me know I could pay less for my prescription. LensCrafters wanted 700, but I only paid a 15 dollar copay with VW. Genie and her associate did a fantastic job taking care of my vision needs.

Visionworks Hulen Mall had a great selection of men's eyeglasses. I got 2 pairs at Visionworks for what 1 cost at LensCrafters. Plus a protection plan. I have had a better experience at VisionWorks. I have bought several pairs from VisionWorks in the past 16 years than any other eyewear provider.

From the moment I walked in the place was clean and everything was in order. Jeanie C. greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. I have been coming here for many years and every single time I have always had pleasant experience. They always make sure I get the best deal and even go the extra mile to help me pick out the frames that look best on me. I don't plan on going anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

The front desk employees were helpful and very kind. The doctor listened to me and what I had to say about my eyes. Dr.Zang made sure I was well taken care of and made sure I left with the correct contact lenses. I've been coming here for 3 years and this time I went was by far the best experience I've had.

The young woman who helped me was very helpful and efficient with our time. She used the time I was looking at frames to look up past lense selections. She was ready to make it happen as soon as we had the frame picked out. She also had all of the insurance sorted out and explained it all. We were in and out very quickly and extremely satisfied.

It’s just bad, go somewhere else. Date of visit: 11/22 6p.m.
So I went to the front desk at the store to inquire about contact lenses. One of the women just frowned at me and said, “we don’t do that here, you need to go next door to the doctors office and I don’t know if they’re still in yet.”
So I go there and ask the female for an estimate on contact lenses. She tells me the price for the eye exam with insurance. Then all she says the price without insurance, “is more “. I ask her for the price of the contact lenses and she says to ask next door. ??
I just left after that, I guess they don’t have bills to pay.
