She is extremely knowledgable and gave me more time than I could have imagined with my 19 year old cat. Everyone in that office is kind, compassionate, and wonderful. “Great experience. Dr. Jeff spent a lot of time talking to me about my cat issues and I also ask about my dog which I did not bring in. He had a funeral the next day, he called me right after to give my my cats test results. Then he followed up with us several times. The following week, I took my cat for a follow up and also brought my dog, who had a large tumor, he said that he could not preform the surgery there and referred me to 2 other vets. He did not charge me for that days visit. I wish I would of found this vet years ago. I have lived in the area over 25 years. I will continue to see this vet, Jeff R., as long as he is practicing. “Came to Eastern Hills today for a second opinion for my life partner Edison ( Westie/Pekinese mix. We were treated with so much care and consideration .
Everyone from the initial lady who first answered my questions on the phone to the veterinary Doctor himself have been so kind and curious about my boy and how to make him feel better. All I wanted was to find a vet who would see my dog as an individual, not as a diagnosis. They did JUST that!!!! Gave me hope and a plan to move forward.

“I’m so thankful for Dr. Reeves and his lovely wife. There’s no run around with Dr. Reeves. He’s straight to the point and honest. I so appreciate that as many vets these days, especially the corporate big business vets; you don’t seem to get it there. It’s all about the money and unnecessary tests. Dr. Reeves was able to figure out why my cat has had a runny nose for 3 years when 4 others vets just dismissed us and told us to go to a specialist to get a CT scan for $3000-5000. The problem was CLEARY SHOWN ON THE X RAY. All the other vets took X-RAYS as well but didn’t know how to read them properly. So, thanks again to Reeves!”

“Such an excellent experience, from the reception desk, to the Tech Roberto, and especially Dr. Simon. This location is amazing. Dr. Simon was so well mannered and his knowledge, experience and care for animals was very evident. He performed a thorough but gentle exam on my dog and gave me his expert opinion and multiple options for treatment even looking up good rx coupons for me to get her medication cheaper. He didn't rush through the appointment and really made me feel like my dog was important and I could tell how much he cares about his patients. The appointment was affordable and i was able to get bloodwork done also because the pricing was so reasonable, I'll definitely be recommending this location of penny paws to friends and family and I'll be back for my dogs care myself.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the team at Ridglea West. Our dog was bitten 4 times by a venomous snake, but survived due to their care. First, at our dog’s annual check-up when he received his rattlesnake booster, Dr. Verwers had the foresight to offer us a shot of antihistamine, antibiotic, and steroid to have on hand in case of any venomous snake bite. He also picked up my call when I called him on a Sunday afternoon and gave further instructions. Throughout his treatment they kept us well informed and encouraged us to spend time with him. I appreciate that they were upfront about the cost of treatment. After a few days in hospital with them, our dog is now home and doing well. I’m confidant caring for him as Tori’s instructions were clear, and know that I can call them if any concerns arise.”

“Dr. Gumfory has been our family vet for many years. I worked in vet medicine for around 10 years (many years ago) and he's the best vet I've ever met. He is thorough, experienced obviously, conservative and logical about next steps in diagnostics. Many vets that arent as skilled and experienced often will rely on expensive diagnostic, sometimes invasive tests rather just good old fashioned sense and han using tbHe will have very well thought out treatment plans and be considerate of costs /age of pet, etc. while offering a range of options. He also has incredible bedside manor and is the sweetest guy. We love him so much.Dr. Wallace is new to us, but our dog William was attacked and in bad shape T an ER vet. I felt uncomfortable with their treatment recommendations and didn't feel confident in their abilities at all. Westcreek got us in, helped assess William, and dr Wallace was incredible. She came and checked on William while we were seeing Dr. Gumfory to see how he was doing. She called and also listened to my concerns that he needed more sedatives in order to rest and called in meds.Don't go anywhere else. This is the best place, with the best care. I'll never go anywhere else”
