Great store and knowledgeable staff. Enrique was especially helpful. He helped my mom get set up and transfer over from Spectrum in no time at all. He also helped her get service for her RV internet as well.

Wish I could put zero stars. Walked in wanting to upgrade two iPhones and possibly look into two sets of AirPods. Was met at the front with a rude guy asking why I wanted to upgrade my phone already if we both had the iPhone 14 very rudely… uhm because I want to and I’m willing to spend money so why not just take the sale my guy??? Walked out very quickly because of the obvious lack of customer service and his attitude. Lost my business at that store indefinitely.

Very poor customer service, I canceled my phone plan after 2 days due to bad signal I went to this location to cancel, after I got the cancellation paper they kept sending me the payment I owed, I called the store manager and he was very bad and kept asking me to call customer service she doesn't even want to Listening to my question after I told her I already canceled the service.
