If I could give negative stars, I would! Dishonest business practices! Stay away from this dealer. I discovered my kids have been paying on the phone I got at this location in December that was supposed to be a free promotion with my trade-in. I never "buy" phones because I have no need for a high end version and I only ever do promotions when I rarely need an upgrade. I called to deal with it as soon as I discovered and have been told there was no promotion etc and they will do nothing to resolve the issue. Basically I got a "sorry for your luck" answer. I am out of town for another month so I can not get to my paperwork to prove anything and I am hoping the salesperson wrote things up properly at my end or we are stuck paying for this phone. I would probably not have noticed if I hadn't logged on and noticed my account still showed my old phone. My new phone is not even listed on my account and yet they are charging me? I know I should have followed up sooner, but I am an honest person that expects the same and never considered the salesperson would have been scamming me.I guess I have learned my lesson. Save yourself and go to another location with honest practices!

Came here not reading the reviews. Just to have the “manager” come minutes after she was due back from lunch. Then told us it’s another five mins even though she was late to begin with. And she was rude. Get a different job if you have no manners.

My original experience with this place was good, until everything that followed after. My husband and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon in mid- July to do a few things: upgrade our phones, merge our accounts, and remove a line that was no longer being used.The young man that assisted was fairly new. It was only him and one senior rep on site. This is branded and presented as a Verizon Store, it was only after that we found out it was an "authorized retailer." The gentleman proceeded to merge our accounts and was able to upgrade my phone, but was unable to upgrade my husband's phone. We called customer service from the store and were informed that only they could upgrade it with "pick up at store," which the store rep said was just to take his commission. We went ahead with that and left, only to be informed less than an hour later that the phone was ready. We went back to the store, and after over an hour they were unable to activate the phone. The store rep said he'd cancel the order. We left again, still with just my phone.The next day we went to an actual Verizon store that was able to set up my husband with a new phone. They stated the phones should have both been upgraded before the accounts were merged. It should have ended there.But no, in August I get an email stating I have thirty days to activate the device that was supposedly cancelled. I called Verizon, they said they would get it taken care of. Come September, I get another email that I will be charged $1300 for a phone that we never even HELD. I called Verizon, said they'd get it handled. Come October I get slapped with a bill for a phone that the "authorized retailer" had actually not cancelled but rather "charged off" and told Verizon that we chose not to activate it.It took four months of back and forth with Verizon, and basically being accused of stealing a phone and refusing to pay for it, before I was able to finally convince Verizon that we never had that phone in our possession, that it never left that store, before they FINALLY removed the charges from my account.Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a long time.

The worst customer service ever. My presence was never acknowledged even after I sat down not 6 feet from the only employee in the store. He was waiting on another customer ( I certainly don’t mind waiting my turn.) sitting idly while waiting for someone to answer a phone call on his computer. Not one word was said to me like “I’ll be with you shortly “ or “this might take a while “. I’ll never return there. Have to drive all over town to find a store, now because the one on SH 183 is closed for not paying their rent (seriously ?) and the one on Clifford St is non-existent. Grrrrrr

Store closed before 6 sign says 7pm and drive to another store at cityveiw and they were closed too sign there said closes at 8 really bad customer service no help at two stores.

My Husband and I who are loyal customers to Verizon walked into this store on 4/02/22 at approximately 6:35 p.m. with the intent to purchase accessories for our devices. When we walked in we noticed another customer waiting while the Store clerk/Salesman was assisting another customer with placing a glass protector on her phone. While we waited patiently for the Clerk/Sales Rep to acknowledge us we decided to look around at some of the accessories. The whole entire time which was about 3 - 4 minutes, the store clerk never looked up once! he never said hello, never asked if he could help us, never said "I'll be with you in just a moment" Nothing!!! He acted as if we were invisible, it made us feel as if we were a bother. This is the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced in 47 years of my life! Although we've experienced bad service at another Verizon location, this one was awful in comparison. My Husband and I cannot wait until our contract is up so that we can switch our service to another carrier. We never want to deal with Verizon again!04/04/222- Russell Cellular I do not believe that your apology is sincere, it is scripted and cliché. As I read other peoples reviews, I saw where a few of them had the exact experience as my husband and I. One of them was three months ago and it obviously wasn't corrected because I had the same experience just days ago. ( Mind you, they received the same apology as you issued me) It is apparent that the amount of " positive" reviews over shadow the negative reviews and because of that, those of us that have had a horrible experiences are over looked. Apology not accepted!

This was the fastest I’ve been in and out of a phone store. Typically it takes hours to get issues/updates resolved. Christian knew exactly what he was doing and got me in and out with little to no problems.

Outstanding service!!. Not sure his name. Text said Christian but survey said rate Russell. All I'm sure of is that young man is outstanding, very kowledgeable,, helpful & accommodating. You're very lucky to have him. Very bright young man!
