I just found out the associate named Jordan flagged my account for fraud and caused Verizon to retract the finance amount I had available to upgrade a phone. After verifying my identity, I suddenly didn’t have the finance amount available that was given to me a few days prior. She said she didn’t know what changed from one day to another however, I didn’t make any changes to my account for that to happen, other than making contact with her at the store. This makes me feel lied to and not very happy with Verizon.

I got the 5g fast internet and I still take cricket cause cricket somehow never failed me. I mean 1 bar most of the time or 3 but with cricket it was always fast internet even when I visited Mexico never had a problem.

Zyrus and Jenna were extremely helpful when I visited. Despite several internet issues involving the stores system, I was in and out with a great deal on a new phone in the amount of time I expected the visit to take. They took care of us!

I have been at different locations, trying to cancel a service that I don't need anymore. The people working there are not able to help, not even calling to customer SERVICE! IT'S BEEN 4 Months already

I felt this customer service rep did not want to help me with my situation even though the place was empty because I wasn't a new sale I was a troubleshoot problem.

I was told that since I wasn't Verizon mobile phone customer that that home internet would cost me $80. What a lie. I got it for 50 bucks and another Verizon store. Maybe you need to teach your employee's not to lie to people

This is the worst verizon store I have ever been to in my 6 years with Verizon. The manager was absolutely rude and was not ready to provide customer service.

Worst service ever. Been with verizon for 4-5 years. Manager was very rude, we drove 25 min but she was very rude, not willing to help or at least listen. I would recommend not to stop at this store. Drive little further but DONOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.
