Went in for an upgrade and was told to fill out a mobile pick up order by one of their managers when I was already in the store. The manager disappeared and never came back. I was waiting around for about half an hour until another employee came over and told me my order has been waiting for me for about 20 minutes. Then they charged me $30 to transfer my old data to my new phone despite not being told by the manager that vanished there was a fee for that. I asked what the service entails and they said they would need to get the data off the phone before they could take it and give me the trade in value. Okay fine. The charge was just to use the iOS transfer tool that already exists and I could have done myself. That's on me. But when I handed them the phone they said they couldn't take it and that they would send a box to my house to mail it back.Going to this store is almost as bad as going to a car dealership. The sales staff waste your time, tack on hidden charges and constantly try to upsell. There is no point to have a store that does nothing but upsell. Never going here again.

Went there two times for two days straight but solved my problem of transferring by my own calling customer service..... Their manager is Very unprofessional very rude and more important that he was acting as he is forced to work there!Quit !there are way too many of great ones that are looking for this job as their dream one...... Go home

I have been waiting for more than three hours to be attended to, they only have one salesperson in the store and no one else can assist me and on top of that a very long list... the service at this place is terrible, I will never return again

Terrible service. Refused to give me a phone I have already paid for while also confirming that I had payed for it, had not received it, and that they had it in stock. Started a process for me to try and buy another one and told me they would contact me later that day. No contact and no way to get in touch with them other than to drive over an hour and then be told I still cannot receive what I have paid for. Go with anybody else. All around terrible service overall and at this specific location that will purposefully waste your time and money. They don’t care about you or your business. I have been lied to several times and will most likely be moving on to another company when my contract with them is payed off. They had one helpful and competent employee throughout this entire process but by the time I met him it was too late to fix anything about it.Edit: I am now being charged over $50 a month for a phone that they still refuse to give me. I also have still not received a refund on my initial payment of. AVOID.

Very capable and helpful customer service. This is a corporate store, often time I have found corporate stores have more technical abilities than locally owned Verizon stores. I had issues switching to my new cell phone. Gabrielle took about an hour to get it all set up and walked through the tech support very patiently. I highly recommend this store over any of the privately owned ones

Jessenia provides an exceptional customer experience and my appreciation is immeasurable! She is a credit to Verizon and in a few short years, I can see her running a store! Keep it up, Jessenia!

My husband and I went into the Verizon Corporate location off Bryant Irvin and I-20 to see about switching our plan over, upgrading our phones and purchasing a new laptop. We were met at the door by Steven and Rocio. Steven was quick to refer ud to go online to get the help we needed. He also stated that no Verizon stores no longer transferred lines in store. Steven was short and came across as if I was bothering him. It was so apparent that I had to ask him mid-sentence "How is your day going today?". His reply was "Good" with a smug grin. We are grand-fathered in customers and I felt unwelcome by Steven. I gave this store 5 stars only because of your associate Rocio who took control of the whole situation and made us feel welcomed and we left with a new laptop that will be getting mailed to our home in two business days. We also received quotes on how much it'll be to upgrade our fully paid off phones. Rocio is very knowledgeable and made us consider possibly changing from AT&T to Verizon as our internet service providers. I asked Steven for the store number he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me the information and that it is not public information. I honestly felt that Steven was discriminating towards my husband and I. I had to make a review so that the next husband and wife that walk in looking like us don't get treated the same way by Steven. Rocio deserves to be the manager at this location at the very least receive a commendation for her actions today. She restored my faith in face to face customer service with Verizon. I hope this reaches Steven's superiors and corrective action is taken. Have a great day.

They took care of what I needed and got me a Sim card so that I could get my phone working. Thank you Verizon thumbs up.

I came by yesterday and there was an issue with my bill. The Store manager was amazing. She spent time and looked into my account and saw I have been getting the run around since December. She called the right people and assured she will take care of it. I will also say all of the Reps are amazing and helpful. We moved to Arlington and I still prefer this store. I checked my account today and the issue was fixed. 5 Stars

Gabriel helped me understand some confusion over an offer and applied a loyalty discount that I didn’t even know I was eligible for. I was in and out in about 5 minutes with perfect costumer service and a lower monthly bill :)

Broderick is the worst customer service rep there. I have had two encounters with him..everytime was horrible. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to be there..Broderick!

Service isn't bad. But when purchasing it takes a long time and this time needs to be cut down more then 80% 15 min to buy a car charger is to long. Just my option
