Hannah is the best at giving pedicures!! She's always sweet and kind and has great massaging hands. I love Venito. The service is great!
Update 5/18/2024 Hannah is still the best! Getting an appointment is useless. Appt was at 2:30 and didn't get started with Hannah till after 3:15. Didn't leave there for another hour. 2 hours at a nail salon for just a pedicure is rediculous. My advice to Venito someone makes an appt with a certain nail tech show some some care that we made an appointment bc we have planned our day already in hopes to get an appt at the time we were promised.
10/3/24 My appt was at 545 today and they called me 5 min before to confirm with me. When I came in, hannah was ready for me. I did not have to wait at all. Thank you, Ventio for making sure my appointment would be on time with Hannah. I appreciate your consideration from my review and that you've cared enough to make sure she was ready for me.

I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED I SPENT ALMOST $80 FOR THIS AND HAD TO GO BACK TWICE TO GET THEM FIXED BECAUSE THEY WERE TO THIN. I TOLD THE GUY BEFORE HE STARTED TO FILE THAT THEY WERE AND HIS RESPONSE IF I MAKE THEM THICKER IT WILL TAKE MORE TIME WHICH IS WHAT I PAID FOR SERVICE AND TIME! THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET THEM FIX A HOUR LATER IT SEEM LIKE EVERYONE HAD ATTITUDE LIKE I WAS THE PROBLEM! AND THEY STILL LOOKED LIKE THIS HE DIDNT EVEN FILE UNDER THE NAIL SO THE ACRYLIC WAS STUCK TO MY SKIN HORRIBLE THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED HE DIDNT CARE AND WOULDNT LISTEN WHEN I TOLD HIM IN ADVANCE BUT I STILL WAS CHARGED AND HE DIDNT APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING! JUST GOT UP AND SAID IS IT OK NOW AND DIDNT GIVE ME OIL FOR MY FINGERS OR ANYTHING I HAD TO PUT IT ON MYSELF AT ANOTHER STATION!!! HE ALSO DID MY MANICURE AND AS YOU CAN SEE IT LOOKS LIKE I STILL NEEE ONE I ALWAYS TIP $40-$80 WHEN I USUALLY GO BUT I WILL NEVER BE BACK, MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY EITHER !!

First off, I take customer service very seriously for I am also in this work arena.... FRIDAY, August 10th- walk in and owner asked us to come back at 4pm- We decided 4pm was too late for our needs so set up an appointment for the next day- agreed time was 12:30pm for SATURDAY, August 11th. We arrive on time for our scheduled appointment- waited until after 1:30pm before we were assisted----the owner admitted to letting walks in "take your place." We explained we made appt early for we needed to be at family gathering by 3pm. Initially, smooth due to our wait time and offered 10% discount. HOWEVER- the services rendered were hurried and it showed on the finished mani's and pedi's. Additionally, The "service form" they request you fill out is confusing....so make sure you are not charged for what you did not ask for! After all was said and done- we walked out after 3pm, very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of customer service. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a good experience and quality paint job.
