If I was able to give it zero star and leave a review I would. This is only the 2nd time I have taken the time to stop and give a review (the 1st was for amazing service). I am with my family to celebrate Christmas. We are a “vape” family. I came to the store to buy everyone vapes for the weekend. We all like different rechargeable vapes. Potentially a $100 sale. . And I always tip the max . . This lady was so rude mad at the world and did not want to be there that had I not been completely out I would not even bought the 1 vape that I purchase. This is a message that I hope gets to the owner. This is one $100 sale you missed out on. I hope there aren’t more

It's a small but nice vape shop. I stop in often because they always have the coils for my Uwell tank (the Valaryan 3). A bit on the pricier side, but they have a good amount of options.

First time trying this store out. Bought a couple of disposable vapes. One didn't even last a week. Went back to store to see if they would do anything about it. Lady behind the counter pretty much said it's disposable and if it doesn't break while your still in the store your out of luck. They don't stand behind the products they sell and their customer service leaves alot to be desired.

The place is clean and staff are very friendly. They have a mid-range selection, not a huge amount but better than two or three humdrum brands.With all that said, I cannot recommend this place. They are 100% to 200% more expensive than other places less than two miles away right down the road.If they adjusted their prices to be more competitive with other places nearby, then I would update my review to reflect that.7-28-2023 EDIT: I did not make a purchase and have never heard of the Orion Brand, I was there to price e-liquids and salt nic juice, as well as mods, tanks, and pods.

I was in there on Tuesday, the owner was rude and unhelpful, Dre on the other hand was amazing, attentive and helpful. I would come back to see Dre again but their prices are unreasonable…. I can find my stuff online for lower prices. Below the is the owner, worst service EVER!
