I have been going to this pawn shop since they opened, I’ve personally never pawned anything there, I’ve only purchased A lot of things over the years from Jewelry, firearms, laptops, tools, game systems, games, TVs, Lawn equipment, even a safe. If something did not work properly, I’ve never had an issue with getting a refund Or a replacement if available. Everyone is always respectful And cordial that’s why I continue to do business there. Sally and Francisco are amazing as well as everyone else.

Went there trying to sell a firearm, they asked how much I wanted so I told them a number and they said they weren’t interested. I asked why they said no reason. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to another pawn shop close by got a 950$ offer. Never will I be returning to this place and neither should anyone else.

HARD PASS ON THIS PLACE ! They will literally scam you, and try to find ways to get over on you. It’s not hard to negotiate with people and find the best solution for them. I brought some high valued items there and they acted like it was a piece of crap what with the offered me and was rude about it. I was actually trying to see what they would do for it, only helping them out and still they tried pull one on me. And when I said something about it they told me to go to another pawn shop and I sure did! And got treated with way more respect and they helped me get a better price on my items. I don’t know how this place is still open, staff is very rude.

This is by far the worst pawn shop I’ve ever been to, overpriced items and no negotiations whatsoever, it’s even hard to pawn things there. Horrible staff from the lady who works the front desk to the Management to allow her to keep working there after being rude to so many customers. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

I try and stop by at least once a week & see what they have put out , have got some really good deals ! The Staff is always so nice & helpful , I like putting items on layaway and paying them out

The worst service ever!!! Francisco and Edwin were very disrespectful they are racist! My account was flagged and they said the system wasn’t working!!! Definitely don’t recommend this pawn shop if you are trying to buy any fire arms especially for my fellow CHL partners!!!!! Boycott this location bad management sent corporate an email regarding this issue! Do better with your employees and work on customer service!!!! Let’s bring back great service for good customers who keep you open for business!!!

They were selling a used ar 15 for valued at 500-600 for 1200. I looked it up online right in front if them, showed the employee and told him its way over priced and whats the best deal he can do for me. I have bought a couple rifles from them before and am paying on two atm. He went to talk to another employee, he asked her in front of me whats the best deal you can do him, she said, “THATS THE PRICE!” without hesitation, without thinking about it, without talking to me about it, without looking it up, no negotiation what so ever. Waste of my time. I would have got it if they had worked with me but that was pretty rude tbh. Im younger so im assuming she thought i had no idea what i was talking about. This is 2024 and It was a bush master xm 15 sbr with a nice lpvo and they had it priced at 1200. Was the lady too lazy to help me out? They always low ball people in guns. I walked out immediately. I was so disappointed. Bad customer service on her part. Absolutely ridiculous. They also had a used desert eagle with rust for 2000!!! Y’all must be out of y’all’s mind. Luckily i know a lot about guns to know they’re over pricing their products which is fine if they are willing to negotiate. Just sad.

Bought ps5 from here and it kept running hot and they said i couldn’t get a refund I would have to pay $50 to get another one and the new one was supper dirty and controller does not work

DO NOT GO HERE WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!! I WISH I COULD DO NEGATIVE STARS! Francisco and Sally were terrible. From the moment we walked in we weren’t acknowledged Francisco being the manager processed our pawn until he was made aware by me that what they were doing was stealing. And so he proceeded to lie and say his system was down and he would pass. AFTER he gave us an amount on what he could do if was then after “sally” whispered into his ear and he changed his mind. If your looking to get your moneys work go to purple pawn they pay over half of what ur item cost and they hold they nasty remarks and looks.

Single worst pawnshop I have ever been to in my life. Very unprofessional, They have a policy that if you have a out-of-state drivers license, you can’t view the product that you’re going to buy so I put money down on the table so I could view the item The money I put down on the table was more than the item was, and he still refused to show me incompetent workers I’m not some crazy criminal I work for the airline industry probably make more money than these people in the shop that just means I won’t be doing business here again urge anyone that needs to go to a shop stay away from this one and their horrible attitudes. None of them had any knowledge of their products, it was shocking. I love buying stuff from pawnshops there loss.

This Pawnshop was very popular years ago but when they replace Gerardo the manager eventually started going down i used to be recurrent customer but now that have more then a Pooooor customer service I never experience… I’m from Mexico and I try to see a diamond ring and they ask me for Texas ID I showed my Mexican passport and they didn’t accepted they are lousing Mexican or Latin customers..
