I hate this post office with a passion!!! Always mail missing. They have lost checks that never turned up and put us in a bind, they didn’t deliver mail because “it’s a different name” but yet they deliver some woman’s mail who hasn’t lived here in 4 years but we have. Our mail gets mixed with the neighbors or theirs gets mixed with ours. When you use the informed delivery you get an email that shows you what you are supposed to get in the mail that day… they will argue with you and say it’s generated for future mail. Sure is funny how I was supposed to have mail yesterday and never saw the mail man, but yet todays mail that was I. The email actually showed up like it USUALLY does. It was another check that was supposed to be delivered but yet again it wasn’t. Our mail man is nice and cool but the people who load his truck and get the mail ready are the incompetent ones.

Good service, but poor location and poor lighting in terms of security of the drive-up, drop-off mailbox which is on the very end of the building away from plain view and has no security cameras. If you get there after 6 pm you're at the mercy of vandals after dark.

Clerk Luzlee was very rude to all 4 customers ahead of me. She was sarcastic and condescending to all her customers. When I asked for her name as I told her she was rude to all her customers, she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I asked another of her coworkers for a Supervisor and waited for over 15 min and never came. That worker even hollered out to Supervisor that never came out. Asked name of their supervisor and she reported as “Banza”. I have worked in Customer Service my whole life and this type of behavior is never acceptable, even on a bad.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I filed a professionalism complaint against my sociopath of a mail carrier, and they responded to the complaint by GIVING MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER to the mail carrier so she could call me and blab about her union protections. I'm not the kind of person who blames the whole industry for a few bad apples, but this is outrageous. We need better accountability. The supervisor and the mail carrier need to be fired.

Do not set foot in this place unless it's a life or death situation! "I'm getting paid by the hour" is what the clerk said just before abandoning the counter with a lobby full of customers... government efficiency at its finest.

I saw a lot of negative reviews and almost did not come. When I walked in, one associate was laughing with a customer and even thanked the customer for the laugh. I dropped off a package and had a question about the self serve kiosk. My question was answered politely.Maybe people just don't leave a review for positive experiences.

I brought in 48 small boxes to have postage added to them. I waited a half hour already and then got told I had to wait until someone returned from their break because I had too many packages. The counter person said the break was 15 minutes if they came back on time. What difference does it make? I am paying for my postage and sometimes people with ONE package take a long time. Then when I said something to the new person who came in to help me the previous worker chimed in and said I didn't want to wait loud enough for the entire room to hear. She sold me stamps so i could add the necessary postage. Why didn't the first clerk offer that...it only took a few minutes. Post office service has gone so downhill. Disappointing service and prices are going up all the time. There is never a good time to mail 48 boxes. SORRY. Thanks to Lezlee who was nice and helped me stamp all 48 boxes.

I walked in and saw all three stations with clerks working with people. If this place is “slow” it’s because they are down someone and/or actually busy which is expected of a post office. People need to get a grip.

The worst service at this location. No one is helpful at all. And in fact, rude. I went in with a tracking number and asked why it doesn’t work on the website and her response was “I don’t know you will have to come in here to check it I guess”
