Wow. 2 star average and I’m having the same issues as everyone else. Rude carrier. I have multiple packages saying they were delivered but never were. This has happened for years. I’ve called and went in person. Over $1000 worth of missing items have occurred. I’m left checking my neighbor’s mail box.
My favorite is when they come to me and asks me if I have seen my neighbors mail. No, pretty sure that is your job to know where the mail is.

Went in today with a very important document that I needed to vernight and there were 15 people in line ahead of me and only one clerk! Good thing that clerk was Lorena, she was incredible...and deserves a raise! Super efficient with a great attitude and smile, something you don't find often these days. I hope she is there the next time I'm there! Thank you Lorena!!

Regularly misplaces packages and every time I call to speak with someone about it I’m told “Let me call you back” and never hear anything or there’s no answer.

Is there not a number to talk to someone. Dropped off a package and still has not been scanned in. No options for this on the automated phone service. Never coming here again

This place is nice and clean and organized. The clerk was polite and assisted me with the information that I needed. They had all the packing needs for any size. Also alot to choose from.

This post office is a joke customer service is very bad and whoever is delivering mails is misplaced my mails and now I can’t my w-2 since it shows that it was showing that is going to be deliver on march 25 of 2024 but till now then haven’t receive anything !! ???

My past deliveries 5 total delivered to wrong address, this is afyer I spoke with the delivery driver who denied she did itbeven after I watched her deliver it to the wrong address and the next day I went to the address and got my packages before she got to my house. I showed her the packages and the text I got that my packages were delivered before she got to my house. She denied she did it. Again today, delivered to the wrong address. Help

They decided to take it upon themselves to change my package delivery schedule to pick up, then when I get there to pick it up the lady says yes I saw your package in the back. I waited for 30 minutes and then she tells me my label must have slipped off. They stole my package because her story changed so many times then she knew it was from bath and body, it’s the holidays I understand but only certain things go missing

The workers today remained kind and professional despite being under staffed and a long line. One customer was really rude to them in front of everyone. I'm important with their customer service skills. 12/12/2023 4pm.

Why is this place closed while others are opened? If I have a problem with my mail, I get home at 7, long after this place closes and it's not opened on Saturdays?Since I moved to this zip code, I've had 3 packages marked as delivered at 9pm. No one is delivering at that hour. Two of those packages came days later and one was lost! How can I get reimbursed for a lost shipment if the postal supervisor marks it delivered in the middle of the night?I'm never home for a signature delivery but getting something redelivered is impossible. From the main website not working to the actual postal workers never bothering with it.I never had this problem when I lived 10 minutes away in another zipcode. This PO is in the middle of a wealthy area yet the service is sub-par.I have a friend that is a letter carrier from another location and he was volunteering on my route. He told me there was no regular person for my area, always short handed.

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, EVER. THE MANAGER, ANTONIO RAMIREZ WILL NOT HELP YOU AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT ABOUT HIM AND THE CARRIERS OR EMPLOYEES. MY NEIGHBORS TOLD ME THIS WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE THAT GETTING ANYTHING RESOLVED WAS GOING TO BE A ISSUE. IF U CAN, CHOOSE ANOTHER POST OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!

It’s the holidays and only one person handling the shipping of packages. Please hire people. A lot of upset customers waiting to mail packages and need to get back to their life. We are begging you to hire more help, please.
