Grace the Postal Clerk is an exemplary professional who truly understands the value of efficient service. During my recent visit to the post office, Grace went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was swift and smooth. From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a warm smile and quickly assessed my needs.
What truly impressed me was Grace's exceptional timeliness in getting me in and out of the post office. Despite a busy day and a line of customers, Grace managed to expedite the process without compromising on attention to detail. Her efficiency was truly remarkable, and I was in and out of the post office in record time.
Not only did Grace prioritize speed, but she also maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the interaction. She was courteous, patient, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Rude employee Jamaican lady. I mailed a package last week, spoke to this lady about the Olympics and different sprinters for at least 10 minutes. I left my glasses a her station by mistake. I come back today to ask for them, I'm the only one in the store. She still made me wait over 5 minutes until the white lady came. I ask about my glasses and the Jamaican lady gets an attitude, for no reason. I work government also , see a lot of people every day. She is rude and malicious for no reason.

The post office employee worked so quickly with me and helped me return my items as smoothly as possible. Come with your own shipping labels printed to save money, and then it’s easy to return Amazon packages that require USPS shipping.

Came here to return an Amazon package, but I needed them to print out the label for me cause I don't own a printer. They don't own a printer either. So I couldn't return my package. How does a post office not have a printer??

Only 1 person within the entire unit. People had to wait looooong time to get their service done. Self-service was jammed and nobody was clearing the jam. People should be treated with more respect and more people should work here to minimize the waiting line.

Hope you’re ready to have your package lost multiple times. No number to call them directly about missing mail, service slow, and did I mention they have trouble delivering mail? RIP if this is your post office and you have anything important needing to be delivered. Would pay for a alternative at this point.

I’ve gone to this post office pretty much my entire life. It’s in a very convenient location along with having 2 incredibly convenient Post Office boxes on the right hand side if you’re running errands and need to send some mail! The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly. If I have a question when sending a package etc. they often go out of their way to find the answer.

First time coming to this post office. I didn't like it at all. They only have 2 people working. One of them rude AF and talks so fast and pretty loud, is like she was rushing every one out. Definitely not welcoming at all, unpolished employees.

Sadly there’s always a long line and only one person working. Every time I go there is an older lady working, she is very patient and sweet. Thankfully there is a drop off box!

always an issue with them saying they delivered items to the front door or mailbox without them actually delivering said item.
