This is the worst post office in Texas.
They lie. They steal mail and are sorry.
Do not use this post office if possible.

Lady on July 8th 2024 in the evening near closing wouldn’t let a man grab a stamp for mail at 4:55 because they close at 5pm and wouldn’t let him in line. He made it 5 minuets before closing. This location needs new workers/ manager. Also needs a self serve machine. The guy taking the packages was pleasant at the desk she seemed like a manager and needs to be spoken to on how to treat customers.

The older Caucasian woman in this facility has the worse customer service.
My package said it’s at the facility and tried to give her the tracking number and she said NO, if it’s says delivery tomorrow you have to wait. I told her we are leaving for a funeral in the morning and I really need it, she still said NO . She wouldn’t even just take 2 seconds of her time to look it up because maybe there was a chance it was somewhere close for her to get.
This is really unfortunate to have people like her in positions like this.

The most miserable place on the planet. I've rarely witnessed two people work the front desk when the line extends to the door. I've counted 11 people in line with 1 person behind the desk. And why is it that no matter what time of day, the different ladies that circulate to the front desk are nightmares? If you hate your job that much, go home, many other places are hiring. This seems to be the ONLY place in the local area that doesn't require to be customer service friendly for a customer service positive.

Postal worker was rude. Waited in line for like 30min, she said there were no free boxes even though there are (I’ve gotten them before) and said next. Condescending and rude for no reason. I’d go to a different location if I were you.

The teller was very nice and she apologized for the wait which wasn't long at all. One teller can only do so much.

Never met the most stupidest people that work at this place! The woman could not give me a straight answer on why my mail has not been delivered. Nobody will pick up a phone to answer. FKNP

This place is tragic. I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday. When I walked in, there were 12 people in line ahead of me and only 1 employee. I was there to pick up a package; once it was my turn, I was told the package was not there. I asked how that was possible when I received a notice directly from the PO to pick it up there (not to mention the tracking from the retailer said it was at the PO). I was told the package was sent back to sender. I again questioned that. Then, I was told my mail carrier would redeliver the package. I asked how that was possible when I was just told it was sent back to the sender?! Made zero sense. I felt lied to and like the employee just did not want to go and look for the package and get it for me. She then laughed, and quite frankly I just left. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this location.

This post office is always so busy, and they never have enough clerks. The ones that are there are worked to death, and no one comes up to help them. I wonder where management is and why they haven't hired people. The very few clerks are always so kind even though they are always so swamped. Please get them help. It's been this way for far too long, and it's not fair to them.

No one at the window, 4 people waiting on line for and employee to show up. No computer for drop offs, no parcel drop off door, just 2 for letters, and one was jammed.

This is the worst post office I have ever experienced. We have not received our mail for 3 weeks after placing hold on mail. They can’t find it! When mail does come, cards are open and they have blamed that on another location! It’s a joke here! Also, the supervisor is absolutely NO help at all, she knows nothing about what’s going on. They NEVER answer their phones, just rings and rings then hangs up! I’m so disappointed this is my local post office.
