Awful local post office !!! They lost my package. I saw the USPS truck drive by my cluster mailbox and I went to go check once they drove off. Absolutely nothing inside !! Then I got a notification in my email saying my package was delievered to my mailbox. I tried calling for days and no one replies !!!!!! Does anyone even work here ? Do your job !

I received an email stating that a package I paid was delivered early but it was delivered to a "parcel locker" which not only do I not know what that is, but the post office was never listed as my shipping address to begin with. I went the post office the day after the email, however they informed me that they had my package in their possession yet refused to hand it to me, stating it would be delivered the next day. It has since been 5 DAYS that they have had my package yet they have made no effort to deliver it to my home, which is where it was supposed to be delivered to in the first place.

The absolute worst customer service. Called them 10 times and no answer, says can’t deliver my package because no access to building when I literally talked to the mailman. Went to the post office to talk to them fifteen minutes before they closed and they had the doors locked and the lady was just staring at me through the window

They lost my package and literally don’t help with anything you ask and keep switching their words every time you ask it’s not fair they lost my package and I can’t even get my money back, wish I could give them a zero this is every disappointing.

These idiots lose my packages and misdeliver my and my neighbors mail every week. EVERY single week. I am routinely running mail parcels to my neighbors 2-3x a week depending on how often I check my mail.
Prescription meds go missing all the time until I paid for UPS and FEDEX instead.
Things are marked delivered that never show up. I have even been accused of ignoring a certified letter that legitimately never showed up... It took weeks to figure out it went elsewhere and was signed /discarded by a resident on the opposite side of the neighborhood.
I cannot put into words my constant disappointment in USPS.

This post office is horrible! I had to go out of town because of an emergency. So for May 28th-June11th I had my mail on hold. Well the next day something was delivered to my home. I called the number constantly to let them know to go get my package. Well of course no one answered the phone! So I had to drive all the way back to Texas from another state. To get my package and to go to post office to tell them please hold my mail! Well they did right after that. Now my packages that they were holding has magically disappeared from the post office! I went up there today to get them because they were suppose to deliver my accumulated mail. And what do you know I was told oh we don’t have them. They are on the truck for delivery. Wrong I haven’t received them yet. Either they sent my packages back or have lost them. Now the place will not give me a refund since it was you guys fault! The lady basically lied to my face about my packages being delivered today! I wish I could switch post offices to somewhere else!

Don’t bother calling. Won’t answer calls and has no holding service or voicemail. Super helpful ? would give zero stars if I could. Not my fault that your parcel locker is jammed shut because of your postmaster shoving it in a box it didn’t fit in!!

They "lost" my package even though it says it was scanned 3 times within their facility.
It's insured and I'll get my Money back but the items were handmade FOR MY BABY.
If the employee who stole the box thinking it had something they could use use or sell still has my items. Please drop them off at my house. Erika Morales and you know the address

I average one package a week “delivered” but never actually delivered. I deliver mail at least twice a week to the proper address. What will it take for you to get literate drivers or people who actually care about doing their job properly?

The absolute worst postal service ever. Had mail on hold with daily notifications, I go to pick up mail and clerk says I have no mail?!?? What do you mean? I showed her the pictures of the notifications and letters she says that don’t mean we have it? Well who does????

Went in to get my address registered by the post master and the staff told me to that they don’t provide this service here. Whereas the usps staff on the phone did explain that I should be able to get my address in the AMS at any local usps office. Useless staff, extremely unprofessional and liars.
