This is the second time they lost our packages but when we tried to call multiple times, no one picked up. We drove to the location to see them in person and literally there were employees sitting around with no customers. I mean if y'all don't love the job, please quit. Find something that makes you happy so your life is not this miserable.

The line was out the door with 1 person behind the counter.
After a while, someone else came out and started to help those of us who were just picking up items/mail.
She was extremely nice so I don't mind the wait.

Change of address request made in March
2024 for delivery to Ft Worth, TX. We’re almost @ the end of May with my mail still delivered to old address in Joshua, TX… even with the current address on packages. This’s grossly inadequate online system!

I hope yall are enjoying all the stuff you've stolen from me. The gifts from my family, the donations for my students, my replacement debit card, my personal info, etc. Informed delivery says I should have been getting it all. My mail is supposed to be being held. But nothing, every single time we go to pick it up. WHERE IS MY MAIL???

I never thought I would leave a review for a government agency such as the USPS but the time has come for this branch. The last mile from my online vendor was offloaded to USPS Rosedale. In two different scenarios in the same week the status messages for the tracking were inaccurate and both times the packages did not arrive to our business. Calling the branch I was left in the lurch about the future prognosis for delivery. Digging deeper I was informed my regular carrier was out sick, which is fine, but then why would a status say "attempted delivery" when myself and my witnesses know there was no attempt? Why would it say guaranteed by 8 PM and I would wait for three hours for something that never came. Furthermore there was no automatic attempt at redelivery the next day. It's like a black box if things don't arrive to you they stay at the branch unless you dig very deep. I really really want to support this federal agency but my assumptions of them all operating under a baseline level of quality across the United States has been updated and my naivety has been exposed. All branches are not the same and all branches commitment to quality and resolution differ so do your research and request your purchases not be handled through USPS depending on your location and the track record. My $0.02

It takes up to 2 weeks like now to bring mail and you go and ask the office and they don't know what's going on, they never know what's going on with your delivery man, you're waiting for mail and they don't bring it and when it happens they leave only the neighbor's and mine No

Staff was very cordial both over the phone and in person. Both ladies, the one who helped me over the phone yesterday and the one who assisted me today were very nice. Facility was also clean and organized.

I just recently made a purchase through an online vendor and was expected to get my package on February 8, 2024. I did not receive my package and ended up reaching out to USPS on February 9, 2024 about my delivery. They said that it got scanned into a parcel locker(Why? Idk?) by the Supervisor. I was then told it was suppose to be on route AGAIN to be delivered on February 9, 2024. Low and behold my package was not, yet again, delivered. Even saw the Postal Worker en route and asked him about my package. He was kind of enough to look for it among the parcels he had and no package. Now I'm pissed and frustrated. I contacted the vendor back and now they're refusing to cooperate and refund me my money ???. My package is being held at the post office and nobody can give me an explanation of why or where my package is. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a government entity. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could give zero stars.

What is the purpose of going online and creating a pickup if no one picks up? I have ordered boxes online a few times and it will be a few days before they are dropped off. I have requested package pickup at my home and requested that they ring the doorbell. The mail was delivered and they kept it pushing. I was so upset to learn that my mail was in my box(at the door), but no one rung my doorbell to pick up my packages. DO BETTER!!!
