Only four people there. Lady at the counter was Very friendly and very helpful. Helped all of us quickly but nicely. Short nice visit and she took care of exactly what I needed. Very knowledgeable. I will not mind coming here again.

Walked in on a Thursday morning around 11. I renewed my passport and took my picture, got it all done within 7minutes! Alma and the other lady were really nice and helpful.

The blond woman told me there was no point in getting insurance because the postal service wouldn't pay it. I was left with the impression that my packages will not reach their destination. She also made it seem that if there was anything of value in the mailer, that she'd be sure to help herself! I'll use USPS from now on unless absolutely necessary. So sad to see federal services continue to go the way of the dodo.

I visited the passport section for instructions on passport renewal since it has to be done by mail. I was worried I would get turned away since I didn't have an appointment but the representative was friendly and helpful. And they mailed my completed application off for me.
As a side note, this is a beautiful post office and there are historical pieces all around the building. Ample parking as well.

Very bad service, the person at the counter has a very bad temper when answering people. I needed a passport urgently and I didn't have an appointment and he didn't want to serve us at 7:30 in the morning in case I canceled an appointment and he didn't want me to wait. This happened on March 23

This location's building has been designated "historic" and has no ADA-accessible wheelchair entrances. I found this the hard way, attempting to attend my passport appointment.

The supervisor Chris Price went above and beyond to help me! Somehow my package was mismarked at delivery and when I called he told me I could come into the office before close and he would get me my package. It was the end of the day on a Friday and he spent over 30 minutes looking for my package. He took my cell and was going to set it aside for me to pick up the following morning. The package ended up being in my mailbox but the fact he was so willing to help and without any hesitation or attitude. Its a rare thing in customer service these days. 5 stars to Chris! Thank you!
