I was hunting for a certain stamp design all across DFW and had no luck, but when I called this location Cynthia answered and could not have been more friendly and helpful. And they had the stamps in stock!

Lady there told me Stamps could only be bought in increments of 20 when I only needed 1. Then after using Google which said they could, refused to help refund me and sent me to another location for help. Bad customer service and feeling deceived.

The post office is holding a package at this location, so I went to go pick it up. Paid for parking, went through security, and they aren't open. They are supposed to open at 9am, I went by at 10:17am and nobody even showed up to open the place up...on a Wednesday. How can they even get away with this? Tried reporting it to the USPS, but theres a 65 minute wait to talk to someone on the phone.

January 2023 and you’re met by multiple security guards who deny entry without a mask. Twenty twenty three.

No free parking (of course) and guards made me walk around the outside of the building to use another entrance for absolutely no understandable reason. Postal staff was quick once I finally made it inside, past the metal detectors, but I wish I had just gone to another office...

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful and there was no wait. Would definitely recommend.

Ok, way more complicated that it needs to be, but here's how you get to it. Enter the building from TAYLOR street on the west side since the 10th Street entrance is permanently locked. It does not look like a post office at all, so when you walk in, you will be confused. Yes, you have to go through security directly to the left when you enter. After you go through security, you have to find your way around the elevators, and head south down a hallway with a bunch of mailboxes. The USPS office is at the end of the hallway.

I have never been so offended in my entire life. Security gaurd / police officer literally physically blocked my boyfriend from going inside and asked what he needed. He needed a change of address, which has not been working for us online. Security gaurd would not allow him inside and made him leave. My boyfriend was dressed respectfully, was polite, but was not white. I've never witnessed such a blatantly obvious act of racial discrimination in my life, and I am livid.

I try to never leave poor reviews, I've worked in customer service before, I know what it's like to work in an environment where the customer is rude and impolite, and having to smile your way through it. I'm reasonable, and I'm understanding, because I KNOW what it's like, and because of that I can't bring myself to leave less than 3 star review, but the representative I spoke with was ridiculously rude when I was trying to explain my situation, and kept re-iterating things that I kept establishing I understood without fully letting me explain myself. And when I did, she made me feel like an idiot in the way she kept responding to me, even though I've been shipping with USPS for several several years several times a month because of eBay. I'm still pretty irritated at being treated like I'm a moron when I kept explaining my situation and kept having the same thing repeated to me. I don't know her name and even if I did I don't think I'd be heartless enough to say it so she gets in trouble. Just know that I'll be remembering this interaction every time I interact with a customer; so I know never to be like this in my life.

I have NEVER been to a post office that requires me to take off my belt and all my jewelry to walk through a metal detector JUST TO DROP A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL!!!! I mean come on can they not have the blue drop boxes outside or at least a place where packages/envelopes can be put into a slot that can keep you from having to jump through hoops to mail something? I will just use FedEx or UPS next time. This is why they won't be around in 10 years because their level of service and relevance is obsolete.

The rude lady at the counter doesn't seem to be grateful that she has a job. Too bad I can't rate a zero.
