I’ve been practicing here for about 7yrs. The instructors are so good ( knowledgeable, graceful, helpful, nonjudgmental) ! It’s where I go to strengthen my body, ease my soul, and make friends. I love Urban Yoga.
Urban Yoga is open for in studio classes Saturday and Mondays thru Thursdays. Lobby visits are by appointment only and you must register for in studio classes ahead of time. We offer virtual classes 7 days per week and offer a Video On Demand Library accessible 24/7. We offer specialty workshops and private yoga, body work, holistic life & health coaching sessions and more.
