Phone number they left me to call is constantly busy. Had to fund another number online, then when u called to schedule a delivery I was told sometime between 10am and 6pm. I asked that the driver call me when on the way, I never received a call and came home to find a pallet dropped on the curb for anyone to take.

Can't get an answer when calling. They have been holding my customers orders for days. There drivers are the rudest I've dealt with. I've never had this big of an issue trying to get items I'VE PAID FOR!

Poor service,rude employee. No forklift driver until 2:30 PM. Late delivery had to pickup myself. If your freight is time sensitive ship with another carrier.

Horrible service. Our company products have been sitting in there facility for 4 days. I spoke with 2 dispatch reps who informed me at 3 different times over 3 days that our load/ freight was being delivery and that was not the case. The rep informed me that a message will be sent to the doc manager to ensure our freight was delivered 3 times. I call this morning and the young lady at dispatch ensured me our load was on a truck and out for delivery. WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. She lied intentionally knowing the information she provided was not true. She only wanted me off the phone. info. The conversation is on record. This is unexceptable. Small businesses depend on logistics and can not afford to have products sitting in a warehouse for 4 days overlooked for no good reason. Completely inconsiderate and a lack of consideration for small businesses. There are no excuses for this. To top it off the Supervisor offered in a sarcastic way for me to come pick up my load. Not cool, we paid for our freight to be delivered with a liftgate and thats what we are expecting.. I pray leadership address this asap, if you guys can not deliver just simply be honest with customers. Completely unprofessional.

My freight package was eventually delivered in-tact and in time for Christmas so with that I am pleased! However my item was on three different truck on three different days being attempted to deliver. I was told the package was being delivered Monday. Wednesday after attempting to get in contact I was told my item was on a truck for the following day (Thursday) and would be arriving between 10-5 and I needed to be there to sign for it. I wait around all day and nothing. No call center for after hours. On Friday morning I get ahold and am told something happened to the driver the previous day and it was on the truck for Friday but it would be toward the end of the day. The Friday driver was the reason I am most displeased with this company. He calls and demands I meet him 4 miles away because he can't get his truck down my road (due to a bridge). I let him know of an alternate route where he can safely make it to our house. He calls back later and says the roads just keep getting worse and tells me I was at fault for not requesting a smaller truck (I didn't request this delivery it was what was provided with my product). We have large trucks and semis in our area all the time, so I wasn't sure why he couldn't make it but I let him know I understand. The driver and I agree he is just going back to the office and will have to get the item on a smaller truck for a different day. I get a third call from the same driver a little later asking when I was going to be home that night and he can come back and we can try to meet up and I can pick up my item from his truck. I let him know that wasn't going to be possible (on a Friday night) and it would be best if dispatch could just reschedule if he couldn't make it to the house. Monday comes and the package arrives on a large truck and this driver was friendly and says he went down the bridge and road the original driver said he wasn't able to! Package arrived but this company was very difficult to deal with.

They have had my 5 pallets of merchandise for a week. They called and made an appointment for Tuesday delivery. I took off work and waited around, nothing. Called and they said I need to call back in the morning to ask the appointment person. Called back the next morning and she said my stuff wouldn’t fit on the trailer…now it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. We’ll see.

Picked up a pallet of freight, the office was fast and friendly. Only waited a short while for them to bring my material out and load it with a forklift into my truck. I will use this service again.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Dereck , who loaded a very large and awkward item in my truck was awesome! Willing to do whatever it took to make sure it was loaded how I wanted and was secure. Even put the bungee cords on for me. Happy customer!

I do NOT recommend using UPS Freight. "James the Manager" in dispatch was extremely rude and proceeded to cut me off many times when I was simply wondering where the driver was because it was already 30 minutes past the time they were supposed to pickup. There was no reason for the hostility that I received from the dispatch manager when I was simply wondering how much longer we would need to wait in order to have a shipment picked up for our customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
