February 12, 2024 I went to this location because UPS customer service online and over the phone was unable to change an address for a package sent to me. I contacted the retailer that sent me this package, to have them talk to UPS to change my address. UPS would not change the address even after talking to the retailer, and only offered to hold my package at this location - 18 miles away from my house. The downside to this is that the 13700 location in Roanoke closed their customer service desk over a year ago. Do better UPS!This 5 star review is ONLY for Tina that I spoke to over the phone at this location. Tina was professional in every way! She kindly helped me feel reassured that she and her team would do their best to find my package, and would call me back to provide an update same day. You know what?! Tina called me back at 6:16pm CST same day to let me know my package was found, and she was able to update my address and my package will deliver 2/13/24. She deserves a raise and a bonus!!! Thank you Tina!!!The guard at the truck yard gate on the Independence side was super kind, and was able to get me in touch with Tina - Thank you sir.

I work here part time. I worked during the seasonal rush. I really liked my bosses. They knew what they were doing because they had been in my position before being a supervisor. I worked on what is called "Metro" and we loaded the brown trucks that you see in your neighborhoods. I now work loading big trucks. It's hard work but great for keeping fit. I have super nice bosses and associates to work with. We all have one goal in mind Get truck loaded fast while being safe and go home. They do stress safety everyday and coach you on techniques to load safely. The pay is good and the benefits or insurance is the best. Many work here for that reason.

Had a package that wasn’t able to be delivered… who all hated that!! Meeeee!! But the customer service was amazing!! Fast pick up and lots of warm welcomes and laughs!! Nothing is more exciting then having even a simple package pickup to be amazing!! Thank you FT. Worth UPS pick up center!!

This place steals items. I have had multiple items stolen from this place. They only ship empty boxes. And you can never talk with a representative... If you can avoid this place, do it!!!
