Customer service is SEVERELY poor would not recommend coming to this store everyone is Rude and got a estimate online for overnight shipping and they wanted to argue the online price!! This place should be shut down!

Do not go to this location! I shipped a small tapestry that fit into a mailing tube. When it was supposed to arrive, my driver told me that the tube arrived empty and he gave it to his manager. I am not sure that the item even left the store but if it did the man there had no idea how to seal a mailing tube. The charge to ship this now lost item was $45 which is way out of line, I should have walked away at that point but wanted to get this done because we had to catch a plane. Even though my address is a commercial location he would only ship residential which is more expensive. He never offered insurance and the value of the item is well over the $100 that is covered. When I talked to my local UPS representative I was told that UPS locations can charge whatever they want and this location takes that to the max. There are others in the Fort Worth area and I suggest you go to another. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.
UPDATE: Beware if you ship through any UPS Store THEY are the UPS customer NOT you. So if you have to put in a claim you are at the mercy of the store you went to. UPS will only work with them and if a claim is settled the payment goes to the UPS store NOT YOU. This store did file the claim for me and sent me a check but I was shorted about $17. When I contacted the store they told me I have to contact UPS directly. But as I stated, I am not the UPS customer so I can't do anything to get my lost money back. I could not check the progress of the claim as it was processed either. So my advise - definitely do not use this store and I would avoid any others. Next time I will go to a stationery shop and buy the supplies and purchase the shipping online. Or maybe go to the post office - they often have shipping supplies there.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! My sister went to their store May 1st to ship a package. She PAID for 2nd day morning delivery and when I checked my tracking number it says I they won't deliver my package until May 6th! We paid for the service and they failed to do their job! According to customer service the sender created the shipping label May 1st but didn’t physically hand UPS the package until May 2nd! Which is a lie! My sister did everything at the store May 1st! So somebody from the store is not doing their job. Now I’m trying to call the store and they won’t pick up! Terrible customer service!

Jake at UPS store #3194 is very rude! I walked in the store and said "good morning". Jake didn't speak back after I spoke to him and he was the only employee standing at the register. I asked a question and Jake didn't answer. Another customer had to answer my question because Jake wouldn't respond to anything. I understand if someone is having a bad day but being flat out rude to customers is unacceptable. It's not my fault if he hate his job. If he doesn't want to work there then he should find another job and not take his bad day out on the customers. Most of the employees at this UPS store are nice and doesn't mind helping customers when they ask for help but Jake is the only employee at this UPS store that always seems to be in a bad mood when I visit this store. Jake needs training in customer service!

Very unhappy with the experience at this location. I had two orders to return from Shein I had put them in one bag since they were both going to the same location and she told me they had to be in separate bags I separated them and put them in a grey bag that Shein had sent with the items and the guy said he couldn't return it because it needed to be in a box and refused to return the items. He tries to charge me $5 for a small box to be able to return the items. I went and got a box put the items in the box and returned to the UPS where the guy told me that the code had already been scanned cause the other female had scanned it and thrown it away when I left. He said he could print it again but wouldn't be able to give me a receipt.
I've never had an issue with this location is always in and out experience and they have returned items in the grey bag that most items come in I've NEVER had to purchase a box for anything

I went to this location to drop off a package on Sunday 3/17 2014 there was a very rude middle Eastern gentleman that was very rude not helpful I mean sir if you dont want to be there or if you dont like the job just quit because your working with customers and you have to deal with people just be nice but I went in this morning and there was a very polite gentleman named Jake that was so nice and helpful made my day thank you so much Jake ups needs more workers like you definitely would make taking customers service to another level

*Edit-i really appreciate that the store responded and I believe this one associate does not represent the store. See you in the future.That’s the worst experience I’ve ever had a UPS. I understand it gets old doing Amazon returns, but being rude to customers about it is unacceptable. Someone give the lady a break on the counter she needs it. Geez.

Horrible experience! I received all confirmation that my package was delivered and available for pick up. Even proof of delivery shows a signature from the manager DEEPAK but the ‘manager’ nor the employees were able to find my package or further assist with locating my package or providing procedures regarding filing a claim! Ohh and my mailbox is payed up until January guess who was advised that I also will not be receiving a refund? Will be reporting to corporate this morning! This is outrageous
