Employee that worked there with a yellow short hair, buzzcut woman was told by that I was not happy about paying for a shipping label to be printed when I was told by UPS that that wasn’t going to be the case when I called ahead of time. (Was suppose to be printed for free as if the cost was in the label from the company that sent me the shipping label)
The employee proceeded to just not even acknowledge what I said basically and then when I kept talking about it, she eventually told me she didn’t care about what I was saying at all.
The manager may want to think about what this employee is actually saying to someone and how they’re acting. It’s super unprofessional. They are a business and if I express confusion or something not adding up, I’m allowed to mention it without getting attitude and disrespect from their employee. It’s sad that people are so unfriendly, uninformative and disengaged. She could’ve informed me of whatever the reason was for this charge specifically as the manager eventually did but she clearly wasn’t trained to do that I guess.
Super angry when I left the store and I have no intention of ever coming back save the trip here and go to another location if you want to have a chance of being treated like a normal customer just go somewhere else. Heaven forbid you have an issue and have to deal with this type of response.

The guys was so welcoming and helpful with assisting me. I wasn't ready upon getting to the counter. His patience and assistance helped me to get in and out in a timely manner.

I used to work at a UPS store and don’t remember ever being as impolite as the worker I had today even on my worst day. I usually don’t write reviews but the tall African American gentleman with painted nails was moving at the pace of a sloth and acting like I had inconvenienced his day. Absolutely no customer service skills, and even more so I felt scammed by a $1 charge for two pieces of black and white PAPER to ship. I’d avoid this location.

I am thrilled to commend Store Manager Randy and Associate Store Manager Alton for their exceptional assistance at the UPS location off S. Hulen Street, Store #0701.
On Wednesday, March 20th, I realized that our ground commercial chipboard mailer package from Texas to New Jersey wasn't showing any tracking movement. I called Alton in a panic. Without hesitation, he assured me that he would personally keep an eye on it. He even promised that if the package didn't arrive by the expected delivery date, he would contact me the following morning to initiate an investigation. This package contained a cashier's check sent to PNC Bank with a required signature, intended to pay off a loan we took out years ago. It was a monumental moment for us, and the safe arrival of the check meant the world.
True to his word, Alton called me on the morning of March 21st with fantastic news – the package had been delivered! I was overjoyed. I felt compelled to write this review to express my deepest gratitude to Randy and Alton. Despite not knowing the contents of the parcel, their willingness to go above and beyond their duty truly stood out to me. It's evident that they treat every delivery with the same level of care and attention, and that level of dedication deserves the highest commendation.
My husband and I sincerely thank Randy and Alton for their exceptional customer service and steadfast dedication to providing the best possible care. You both are shining examples of what outstanding service looks like.

Was there about an hour ago. The tall black guy behind the counter was so incredibly rude! He acted like I was bothering him and wouldn’t say a word to anyone. If he doesn’t like his job that much he looks so miserable and wants to be rude to customers then he needs to quit. It’s not like I asked for something complicated, just slap a return label on my Amazon return!The two others another man and woman were being super helpful and were in nice cheery moods.

The nicest staff!! Never rude one bit, they all need a raise! They all work together and help each other out…. They are all so super fast at helping you out and getting you IN and OUT….i am never in here long enough to start messing with my phone .. ??❤️❤️❤️
