They stole my package containing my iPhone 15 pro max my 10th generation ipad my series9 watch 3 games for a ps5 and a Sony ps5 headset I paid for next day shipping Air 277 dollars to he exact for them to not scan the package in any 8:43 when I dropped the package off I go track my package and they got it as label created at 6:29 and as if the package was never received when I specifically dropped the package off and shipped it at 8:43 am the rep asked me what was in the package and now my package mysteriously didn't get delivered and can't be located

Brought in a return, but I didn’t have packing tape. They taped it up, which I appreciate, and then told me it would be $4.I believe customer service comes with open communication. I would have appreciated if the associate was open with me that i would have to pay for the service of taping up my box, bc I could have bought tape in store for the same price and done it myself lol…This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced surprise expenses, like printing off a label cost me $2 without telling me. These are insignificant expenses, but the lack of open communication with the customer doesn’t make me want to come back.From my understanding, UPS stores are franchise operated. So my experience from other UPS stores is VERY different, which was the reason why I chose this UPS when I moved to this area.

Staff is usually on point. Very courteous and helpful. I pass a couple other drop off locations to come here.

Used to be a great location with great staff but management needs to evaluate the Sunday employees. This group specifically are the most unapproachable people I've seen. The girl with unkept bleached/colored hair is one with attitude that doesn't know how to appropriately answer people's questions without getting worked up. Very odd behavior. She's been rude with me and other people before me in line for no reason. I've come in on Sundays with (3) female staff laying on the floor, eyes glued to their phones and took their time getting up to assist me. One of them was talking to me while sitting on the floor. It was unreal. I understand they might get bored in their job but it's a very unprofessional look and the lack of interest in helping customers is telling. The rest of the employees Mon-Fri are wonderful and extremely helpful people. Sunday staff needs to be addressed.

Drove all the way here to be told I would be charged $3.50 to print 2 labels (2 pages). Won't be back. If you look at other reviews, rebuttals from owner to paying customers reviews are combative, rude, etc

I use this location frequently and have never had an issue with the facility. The manager(notary) is a very easy to get along with guy. While I was here I noticed another customer who apparently had an issue with a package, the staff explained to her in a calm and concise manner how and what happened and the other customer was very understanding at the end.

Everytime I visit this store there is one employee who is rude, has an attitude, and constantly acts like customers are her greatest annoyance. I spoke to the manager earlier today (the last time I will visit this store) and he immediately started defending her before I even had a chance to make a complaint. Ridiculous.

I have been to this location a few times. This week I came in close to closing time and two ladies, Anaya and Tahteaunna were ready and waiting at the front with a smile and a "welcome in" when I walked in. Which is refreshing as I do not receive customer service like that very often, normally don't even get eye contact at most places. Anaya helped me with some emails I needed printed out and my 20 pages of fax I needed to complete. She was so friendly, patient and interactive with me and my daughter. She took the time to ensure my email and fax went through and I had everything I needed. I appreciate the customer service experience I received this week and thank you for having great employees like Anaya!
